STONE WThis was the first time that I had rented a Uhaul Truck and drove it myself. But the lady at the A&H Storage & Uhaul Rental at Danville was very nice, helpful and very respectful toward her customers. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. when you go there to rent the truck ask for Katilyn Kelley. There were a couple things that i had trouble understanding about the receipts and she took her time to explain it to my understanding. Thank you Katilyn.
dustin jA&H Storage/ UHaul is always at the top of the game. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I mean that literally. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a rental.

DEBORAH SThis U-haul location was sufficient for all of our needs. They do one thing, which is supplying well maintained and clean vehicles. Nothing more, nothing less.
ROBERT LEverything was clean and ready to go. The only suggestion I can think of would free wi-fi for customers. The cell phone can be spotty in this location, so wi-fi would help out tremendously with the online check in process. But that's really all I can think of. The U-Haul was clean, all the equipment was in good working order, the young lady working that morning was friendly and helpful, and was able to get us in the road quickly and efficiently. So overall I would give them a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating. Excellent job everyone keep up the great work.
James AI was sent to this location because the location I actually had my pickup DIDN'T have the truck I had reserved. I was at my original pickup point at 8:15 am to pick up my 15 ft truck and was told it was not available. I was told I could have a 20 ft truck but that size would not go across my bridge. If I could have used a 20ft truck I could have picked one up 5 minutes from my house. But instead I drove over 30 miles to Logan, WV to get what I needed only to be told they didn't have it! They had not contacted me in any way to advise me if this! At this point the dealer told me there was one available at the Danville location which was another 30 plus miles farther but they didn't open till 9:00am. So I waited in Logan, WV until they opened to make sure they had a 15ft truck available. They did and the dealer at Logan said he would transfer my reservation to the Danville, WV location. So now I've driven my own vehicle an hour to pick up a 15 ft truck, ran out my gas and used up my time! When I get there I'm told the price would be way more than my original contract! The employee there was very nice and did what she could to get my price down but I still ended up paying $269 instead of the $243 which was my contract price. I needed the truck so I paid the price. I was not offered the $50 refund guarantee for my first reservation being not available! I was given no compensation for the extra miles on my own vehicle and gas! If there was another option available I would not use U-haul again!!!
George FI made a resevation to pick up a one way rental at the largest UHaul place in Charleston Wv. They charged my credit card that day and made the reservation. Then 2 days before I needed it they changed my pick-up location to A&H 45 minutes from where I live. The app would not even work at this location, thank goodness the owner was home and could help me. This was completely unacceptable and when I voiced my concern to UHaul on the phone, they could care less and told me they were sending me to this location for a newer truck because I was driving over 200 miles. That was a complete lie, the truck was horrible, paint falling off, front bumper dented in, seat was ripped and the check engine light was on. Horrible experience other then the super nice man at A&H.
