Had to drive across town after waiting at my location I reserved my u- haul at for over one half hour and still no one was there. Not happy with that location

I had to wait an hour because the store was not attended. Owner spoke terrible English and the whole deal was sketchy. Was not professional.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! I actually stopped by IN PERSON THREE DAYS BEFORE my reservation to check in, make sure they had the equipment and would be there at 10am on Friday. The person working was very nice, but she said she would not be working that day - it would be someone else. Well, I showed up on Friday at 10am and NO ONE WAS THERE! It's a mini-mart, how is it not open by 10am?? I called the store telephone and heard it just ring and ring. Knocked and no answer. I waited until 10:15 and then finally called U-Haul Customer Service. I was told "he just ran to the bank, he'll be right back". Don't know how he could come back if he was never there to begin with, but ok. He showed up about 10 minutes later looking like he'd just climbed out of bed. (And in fact, he told me later that he had taken some pain pills last night and that's why he looked all disheveled and it was actually his day off so he wasn't even supposed to be there!) Then he had to call someone else entirely to come to the store just to be able to check me out...he didn't even know how to update the reservation on the U-Haul site!! And then, as if all of that wasn't enough, they DIDN'T HAVE THE DOLLY that I had reserved!!!!! I ended up being an hour and a half behind schedule because of this stupid location!!!!!! U-HAUL YOU NEED TO DO BETTER WITH YOUR "NEIGHBORHOOD" FRANCHISEE LOCATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This location was very convenient for drop off with great hours as well. BUT we dropped our Uhaul off on Friday about 5:40pm and had to go back Sunday at 9:00am because they still hadn't checked in our truck!

I'm 67, have moved many times & used UHaul @ least a couple dozen times in multiple states across the country. Never have I experienced the blatant apathy in fulfilling a [guaranteed] reservation, as A&J, Biloxi. The closest pickup location for me, it was the poorest rental location, by far, of any in my experience. Were it not for 2 consecutive days of significant insistence on my part, 3 A&J individuals(?) & 4 UHaul reps including 2 regional reps (11/30 & 12/1) & the tenacity/concern of the last rep (& me) in fulfilling my need... My move would have been "wrecked". A&J will receive no recommendation, or further business from me, I'm sorry to say. The 2 regional reps have my compliments & my gratitude.

A&J was awesome they had what i needed when I needed it... got me in and out with very little wait time. these guys are very customer oriented efficient friendly and helpful. I will use them again Peace respectfully, Tom Balch

Trailers were not "customer ready". Tires with separated belts and a lack of integrity. Over charged and lied to. Paper work backs up my statement, now waiting for approval for my refund because of their dishonesty… Would not recommend pick up location; drop off location was helpful and organized..

Their customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful and they answered all my questions. This rental location was very easy to navigate in and out. The equipment was clean and ready to use. My overall experience was excellent and I would recommend this location for all your uhaul needs. Thank you!!

Location opened late. Truck windows were open and it had just rained and everything was wet. Other than that everything was great. Thanks uhaul sorry about bad review!

I DID not order any equipment and this location slipped in equipment charges and getting them off is taking entirely to much effort. This is how corp America steals from this countries hard working citizens!!

The mirror on the driver's side was not working. The truck I rented was the only one left on the lot so I had no other options on a Sunday afternoon. The truck was old and very, very loud. It could use some maintenance

The person who handled my transaction was rude. She kept telling me that I had to move so she could wait on a customer. I thought I was a customer. Truck was ok, it sounded terrible. I would never go back to that location again. Also, I got charged an additional day because I was 7 minutes late. Never again!

The location that we dropped it off was perfect, the assistant went beyond the initial computer work because we weren't in that system. But she found it on her phone and all is well

I did not receive the dolly I reserved. The woman working when I returned my truck said she couldn't help me with that and I could not reach U-Haul to help me. The truck was filthy and again she didn't care and brushed me off saying it's a local truck and who knows what they do in those vehicles. Overall she was rude and didn't care that I was unsatisfied. Will not rent there ever again and will make sure to others about my awful experience there.

The gauge for fuel is broken, it kept on one spot so I kept putting on gas. Until I full tanked it and I only supposed to replace half a tank. Hopefully I could get a refund.

Make it clear that large touring motorcycles like Harley-Davidson Touring motorcycles may have issue clearing the top of the ramp of the MT Motorcycle trailers. I had to put boards under the ramp to lessen the angle to clear the bed edge.

Shanice, with her big smile, was so nice and treated me well. I have been here twice as I've moved back and forth to Alaska and I always get great service from her. I will use this store anytime I need a U-Haul and I hope she will be there. Have a great day MS Shanice! Tracy

Lied about drop off being ok. Was charged 550$ when I was told it was ok to drop off at this location. Employee made me back up the truck and trailer myself. hardly spoke English.

I had a very pleasant visit at this location. The Customer service was outstanding and the vehicles where clean and in running order.

The rental location was not open and people were waiting. We had to conduct this transaction over speaker phone in front of customers. We even had to give our card number out loud in front of people. Was charged more than expected by that location. Had to call customer service to get everything straightened out on billing. You have a great customer service representative who really helped me. I just would not recommend this particular location in for rentals

This location is not like Gulfport Uhaul. They didn't come out and check the uhaul or bag it out for you. That's not my problem though my problem is that the fuel was no where near 1/4 or 1/8 it was literally on E without the light being on. The back of the truck had no dolly and it had leaves and grass in the back of it. I went ahead and sweep it out and put 10$ in the tank.

I picked vehicle up at designated time after registering on line, the agent at location gave me keys she asked whether i.had checked in and I attempted to show her but she gave me keys as I was leaving truck started beeping and check engine light came on I was only a couple miles from destination I called the aj minimart reported incident she simply said no one reported it when they returned truck call 1800 uhaul I also told her none of the equipment I paid for was on truck , she simply said I don't have it and to go to another location that was way out of the way. I called 800# and was questioned about having truck and keys told I didn't have a rental contract. Agent took my card info over phone and someone said would reduce the amount due to the equipment on truck not being there told me she'd take care of it. My move was significantly delayed and I had to obtain other moving help. I extended truck and returned it at 4 am not the next day at 214pm as reported. I was at work at the time, in fact I received a text message from credit card company AFTER ALREADY BEING CHARGED when I returned the truck. I called Aj mini mart and again the same woman said she had already returned my truck and to call once again 800 uhaul I told her but you JUST try to charge me double what I already paid. She said she didn't, but then I received an email around same time from uhaul invoicing me and I noticed I was charged a 2 day rental I did not even have truck 24 hours please fix this mess and tame them off your list . The fact the truck had no oil is clear indication that they do not do routine maintenance on their vehicles puts people at great risk.

This is the best place to get a u-haul. Elizabeth is the lady that works in the store and she is wonderful. We will be going back to the store just because of her. She will take care of you.

Need help moving and hooking up trailor me and my disabled wife had to do it all. Trainor was sideways had to be moved so we could hook it up to the truck on a dirt and gravel parking lot!

Air conditioner was not working. Truck was dirty chocolate on dash, cigarette ashes everywhere. Floor covered in dirt. The woman working however was very nice.

I picked up my uhaul and agent was extremely rude. Told me I couldn't have it for time reserved. She gave it to me, but not without argument. Uhaul was FULL of trash and leftover food, and used masks!! After returning I was charged 2 more times by my credit card, no explanations. I returned it full of gas, and cleaner than I got it. Cannot reach anyone at Uhaul to assist with overcharges.

Not only would I not recommend the 4 locations that we dealt with (the first just scheduled and that was fine), but this experience left me not wanting to use Uhaul ever again. I typed it all out and the window closed, so long story short, none of our reservations or promises were honored. Then we were left paying full price for a 20 ft truck just to pick up a bedroom set. Absolute nightmare of a day when all we wanted to do was pick it up quick and drop it back off. I am livid.

Charged me for insurance of almost $200 I didn't want or ask for. Paid for 3 weeks of rental but was charged an additional $277,84 a week before rental was due back. Will be back in touch with corporate Monday to try to get my refund.
