Ruth HThe only thing I think should improve is the phone line service availability. I was calling the location to make a slight change to my reservation and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Left couple of voicemails and no one returned my calls. I ended up dropping by the location to receive service for me reservation, and they were able to assist quickly.

We did not finish picking up everything because we were afraid it would do the same thing . Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I told the people who were at the location but they just ignored what I had said .

Luke EMy original rental agreement was for a reservation posted 11/30/23 at the 4311 El Cajon Blvd City Heights U-Haul. When I arrived, there was no 15ft Truck available for me. Chris and Kevin at this location were very kind and did their best to assist and find me a 15 ft. truck. They noted that the computer system created the error. They also noted two trucks were down which was not reflected in the system. Not sure if they were broken down when I made my reservation or if it happened between reservation and pick up date. Kudos to Chris and Kevin for helping me find an available truck at Adams Avenue. The people working at Adams Ave were rather abrupt at check in and drop off, but not unkind.

Roy MHonestly, the woman who helped us rent the u-haul went above and beyond by really working to help us out and get what we wanted. We were late to our reservation, 10 minutes to closing, and she really worked hard and took the time to give us exactly what we needed. We really appreciate her excellent customer service! She deserves to be commended. Merci
JARED KI cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff. I was referred to this location by another uhaul provider who did not have a vehicle for me when I arrived at my designated time. Adams Avenue staff went above and beyond to accommodate my reservation and minimize the stress of the change in plans. The vehicle was clean and obviously well maintained. I will only rent from this location from now on.
