I always try to rent from this specific U-Haul location, as the owners are very professional and always accommodating with excellent equipment, and outstanding customer service! Merci.
Dave WWe wasn't shown around truck for damage to make sure there was none. We were given just a little over a 1/4 tank of gas and then we had to bring it back with the same which is tough to figure out. Most places start of with a full tank. I called the place we picked up the truck as 6 separate times we tried to start the truck and it wouldn't turn over you had to keep working at it. Once it took about 10 minutes and it made for a very frustrating situation where we were moving big items and it was putting everything behind. There was also miscommunication when we ordered the rental as we were told unlimited miles and then found out that was not the case. The guy tried to work it so we wouldn't have to pay much more than we expected but we were still charged even after the hassle the truck was.
Barry ARich and Rick are great to deal with. The trucks are always clean, and in good working order. They get you in and out quickly.

Randall BEverything went well. I had to change the reservation due to weather; this was simple, and the staff accomodated this need with ease and cheerfulness.
Bill CI arrived for my reservation and after checking in I went to view the truck. It was disgustingly dirty inside, outside and in the pickup bed. I was picking up a mattress so didn't want a dirty truck. I went to find the agent but the office was now empty and he was no where to be found. This location is an auto wash! They shouldn't have rented a dirty truck to begin with so when I went and explained to the wash attendant that the truck I'm picking up is dirty and can I run it through the wash… no. But he can turn on the wash so I can wash it myself in the bay. Really U-Haul, you rent me a dirty truck and let me clean it myself in 40 degree weather? Avoid this location at all costs.

Karen CThe vehicle located in Enfield, CT was unusable. The driver side mirror was not affixed to the vehicle making it unsafe to use. Curiously, the attendant did not realize the severity of the situation and still asked if I wanted to use the truck. Also, the tank was only 3/8 full. We picked up another vehicle located at 20 Old County Rd, Windsor locks that was in excellent condition.

Kevin HInstall high visibility markers at far corners of tailer in height with most suvs to make trailer more visible for driver and vehicles merging from ramp onto highway separated by median. Situations where trailer is not visible to traffic in front of you, due to trailer being more narrow then pulling vehicle, can sometimes cause drivers to think you have passed but when in reality the trailer is in their blind spot

John TMy only issue is that I thought turning in my u-haul 26 hours early (almost a full day) & left it with more gas than as I received when picking up u-haul, that I would have received a credit of some type, but instead I received an extra charge of $12.xx for putting a few extra miles than u-haul pre-calculated for.

Evonnie GI'm displeased I needed to get the truck in Windsor Locks instead of Enfield. On Friday we were called and told we could return it in Enfield. Then this was changed to Windsor Locks. Just say enfield is not an option!

James KI was asked to estimate milage for the vehicle. I estimated 50 miles but then said 75 miles in case something happened. I did not realize that I was paying for the full stated mileage regardless of whether or not I actually went that far. Had I known that, I would not have gone so far above my estimate. I didn't really give the money away, I feel that my money was unfairly taken. Make your policy and the purpose of the planned mileage more clear up front, when renting the vehicle.
