The inside of the truck was pretty dusty/dirty. I had to sweep it before I used it. also, I requested (and was charged for) a furniture dolly, but received an appliance dolly which could not be used. No clear signage as to where the entrance was. I likely would not use this location again.

Aravinth SThe yard looks like someone took over a junk yard and turned it in to a uhaul location. There is a garage on premises that looks like its going to fall over. The car transport trailer ratchets for the straps were so frozen with rust that I had to lube it myself because there were not functional until I serviced them.

RAJAVEL SOn two occasions, I rented a U-Haul truck from this location and was overcharged for mileage. Additionally, both times, the fuel level indicated was lower than what was documented on my rental agreement. It appears that this location is overcharging customers, dont trust the staf of thie location .

KAIHUNGRICKY KI changed my order from 2665 Eglington East (Nirma Silk store) and want to complain about the rude guy at that store. He was utterly rude and spoke as if I owed him money and favors. Although I reserved with him, I walked out due to his attitude and will never ever visit his store nor recommend to anyone. On the other hand, the guy at Agincourt was courteous, brief and helpful. Although this location is 10 Km far, I would rather see him than the Nirma Silk which is 1 Km from my house. Hope you take action against the 2665 Eglington store.

Narendra BPlease improve your ux/ui experience. The app and the website is not user friendly at all. Can't even find where the past orders are and how to get the receipts. That's just very bad design. I love the customer care though. Very helpful and super friendly.

Aaron MI have compared to nearby location service providers before making a decision to rent with Agincourt moving supplies. Best service provided and we are very happy as there are no other charges as explained before itself. I prefer to choose this in future as well.

SIVANESAN KCheck in Office was very difficult to locate as it was within part of a person residence. Staff seemed confused and inexperienced in connecting the trailer to the vehicle. After several attempts to provide suggestions and assistance (over 20 minutes?), he finally listened, and I was on my way. Equipment I rented functioned well throughout. Check out was easy but appeared unrecorded and/or undocumented when I returned the equipment. .I took many pictures to prove I had returned item in good condition and on time. It all worked out in the end, so I was ultimately happy with the final result. I would be ok to rent here again, but unlikely to be my first choice.

Dennis DYou need to fix your self check-in option. This is the second time I've tried to use it in two separate locations and it does. not. work. The first time I just got an error. Today I went to do self check-in and was presented with the message that no equipment was assigned to my rental and that I needed to go into storefront to resolve the issue. Luckily I was there during business hours, but if I wasn't then what is the point of having a self check-in if you can't even assign the vehicle to my rental? Secondly, the van I did rent had the windshield held in place or sealed with masking tape. What half-assed repair is that? I guess it's good you've got a near-monopoly otherwise you'd be out of business in a flash.
