The van didn't have any dolly options or blankets . Which is fine since not a main center. However the van box was all dirty when I received it. It would be nice to be cleaned. Otherwise good experience

CALVIN RThis was a success after two failed uhaul reservations. Both uhaul efforts prior to did not have the key anywhere in the truck. This extended our efforts for three hours
LaNesha KInside of the truck was clean and well kept, but the outside was very dirty. Not sure if truck hadn't been rented in some time but front windshield had a lot of dirt. In addition, the truck was on empty when I picked it up. As soon as I turned it on, the LOW FUEL signal came on. I called the 800 number to make sure there wouldn't be an issue with me leaving it like that as well. In addition, I also requested and paid for a dolly and that was not available to me.
Maria RThere was no internet service, your app is a failed system. Took pictures of gas and still got charged for miles and gas. Nearly rented the truck for nothing because the time lossed in what it took to rent the truck, the company was closing for the day. It was the worst truck rental experience of my life. Never will I use Uhaul again.
Timothy TGuy marked my gas lower than it actually was charged an extra conscience fee of $30 to fill tank . Doesn't fill tank and parks it on street for rental. The service fee is a scam.

Thomas VIf for any reasons you experience some technical issues regarding downloading the application. The UHAUL support should be able to help the customer at their end to access the key or get thru the whole process. The email I used to book this rental was compromised which made it difficult for me to get this rental. And when I finally picked up the rental, I went to get some gas and unfortunately the gas hose was cut off by someone who's trying to steal gas from the truck. Does anybody from UHAUL checked this returned rentals for safety. So disappointed how UHAUL failed to keep their customers safe.

Gary LThe attendant seemed like he was inconvenienced with my return. Accordingly, he was abrupt in his conversations which came across as rude. Also, there was no good location to park, to return the rental truck and the location was unclean and cluttered. I will not use this location again to rent U-Haul equipment. I wish I would have returned to the Spruce Street location, which was a very pleasant experience. Alamo Towing is a poor representation for U-Haul.
