I was called Friday evening to confirm my pickup and was informed I could pick up the truck earlier, which helped me a lot. Friendly service & easy pickup & drop off. Highly recommend!!!
Elsa YThe manager was fully understanding as my drop off day had to be extended by a day related to the under loading company I hired never showed up. I had to unload the truck by myself and I just had back surgery 3 months, I was ordered by my surgeon not to lift anything over 15 pounds. With that said, I had to go very slowly and went over my time limit in returning the truck. The manager understood my situation and I thank him very much.

Douglas EThere is no one on staff at this location which would be fine except there's no cell signal and no Wi-Fi at the location in order to do rental through the app. I had to drive up and down the road five minutes about 15 times in order to go through every step of the rental app, and then I had to do the same thing when I returned it. Completely ridiculous experience I will never rent from this location again unless this problem is fixed
Scott DI picked up an auto transport here and a uhaul truck elsewhere so billing became complicated but that was a uhaul issue, not this location

Samantha KI returned the truck with the appropriate amount of gas. I have pictures for proof and gas receipts for proof. Uhaul charged me $45 for gas. I have not heard back from uhaul. Very poor customer service
DUSTIN CMake sure the equipment is ready and the moving blankets I payed for come with the rental.
Michael FNobody was there during normal business hours and did not answer the phone number. The online drop off app was difficult given limited connectivity.

Aleigha BThe auto transport was not hooked up to my truck properly, it apparently was just sitting on the ball of my truck and just the weight of the trailer kept it there until I started to drive the car up on the trailer, as the front tires came up on the back of the trailer the rear of the trailer dropped to the ground and I could see the trailer hitch about half way up the back of my tailgate, luckily the trailer did not roll forward when this happened so there was no damage to my truck, I backed off slowly and hooked the trailer to my truck correctly and had no other issues, I would recommend some training for the gentleman who attempted to hook it up the that location.

LAUREN TWhen dropping off a U-Haul. Please send to the closest one available. Had a fiasco of a time dropping it off to a U-Haul location 1 mile away.
Adam KThe truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas. I had to make a special trip just for gas when i was on a tight schedule. There is no designated parking at the location. I had no clue where to park and leave my vehicle and not block access to storage units or rental trailers. The contact confirmation was also very annoying. Why could've that not been done when i made the reservation? I put my wife down and she couldn't answer the phone when you guys called so when she tried to called back they put her on hold for over 15 minutes and i ended up having to use my son's number. It took me over 20 minutes just to pick the truck up when i was standing next to it! I am very dissatisfied to the point that I'm going to seek out other options next time i need a truck rental.

steve jThis is the second time at this location, both after hours. The first time it took 4 days before the truck I returned to get checked in. I had to call the main 800 number to get receipt. This time, I used the Mobile app and got a receipt but it's been 20 hours since dropping off and did not get final recipet

allison dThere was not a person at this site. I called location for 2 days after drop off could not leave message on a phone number that just rang. I did not know if equipment was received. Not given a receipt till we'll after due date. Use this site but do not drop off early
