Excellent staff well managed. I left my back brace in the truck and they were nice enough to contact me to let me know so I could pick up. I am very grateful that they went out of their way to assist me.

It was so courteous to give me a call that I had a limited amount of time to pick up the uhaul that morning and that they were able to extend my time so that I did not lose my reservation. The staff also worked very nicely with the other uhaul sister site.

David KI stated that I did not need insurance because I have USAA that covers rental trucks. The woman that helped me even stated that she wanted to get USAA. I was still charged $15 for insurance. That is sneaky bad business.

Natalie RPicking up was terrible. The truck was not in the highlighted locations where the map said it would be. The app wouldn't work. Got transfered 5 times. And at the end it asked pictures for the next family to know where the truck was at. I lost a whole hour getting the shit, it would have been useful for me to see a pic of where it is at.
Diego AThis feedback is specifically for U-Haul corporate and not the pick up facility. The app/website is a little convoluted to navigate when trying to pick up. It would be helpful to allow the customer to upload ID and complete verification/references ahead of arrival if at all possible to reduce time on site. The pick up site was excellent. I would definitely return there for future needs.

Lori CWife and I went to rent a truck. everything went well. soon as we left we realized we forgot to buy bed covers. so i turned around to go back and purchase them. the karen in the front would not let me use my wife's card to purchase the bed covers when she just saw me 3 minutes ago with my wife. same last name on the card. used the same card to rent the Uhaul truck and tells me i can't use it to pay for the bed covers. Your kidding me!!!!!!!!! what kind of no common sense having ppl work there??? wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go do any business there! the worst place ever!!! i also had the truck reserved for 24hrs. she's telling me i need to bring it back 1hr early cause they have another customer for it tomorrow. what's that got to do with me??? i paid for my 24hrs! why are you demanding the truck back b4 23hrs??? BOYCOTT! goto the Bus Service Uhaul on Las Vegas Blvd. much much much better customer service. never an issue there! also charged me an extra mile to squeeze me for $0,89 they must do it to every customer. all those extra 89cents add up at the end of the month! FRAUD BUSINESS!!! STAY AWAY!! you've been warned!!

MARTY Mthe equipment was great, the process was fast and effecient. Employee was very pleasant but did not give us the straight story in regards to Gas. If I knew I would get charged 3x the amt I would have stopped and put the $8-$10 in it. miscommunication/misunderstanding on my part I assume

Eric PIt took well over an hour to use the app and get phone assistance to check out the vehicle. It took almost an hour to check it back in at the end of the day. I don't think this is the fault of All Storage, but there was no other option but using the app.
Jay WCustomer service transfered me to like 7 states. Finally the last girl helped me. That needs to be structured / organized. Horrible notes. All I wanted to know was a drop off location and my call was dropped and sent to 7 states.

Joseph ADon't find ways to charge extra for bs fees I'm in the middle of a move I don't have time to fill out online documents and when I don't you charge me $20 extra so you can fill it out for me? Was your truck turned in? YES IT WAS did it have the same amount. Of gas I received it with? Yes it did. What's the need for more fees?
