Wasn't sure how to adjust the side mirrors. Van was surprisingly easy to drive and felt fairly powerful. I never felt sluggish or strained while driving it. Folks at this location were very nice.

The people were super nice! But my unit was infested with mice and a lot of my belongings were destroyed, and pooped/peed on. I would recommend this place to a friend ONLY if they fix there mice problem.

Cleanliness was good. But, the truck was not in a good shape. They told me I would have to call roadside assistance. We wound up having a tire blowout a few hours down the road. Truck also ran poorly and was underpowered. Tons of road noise in the cab.

I like Brenda and am always treated promptly with a smile! Your storage units - of which I have keys to several, are swept out when I first open the door and are and will be left that way. I don't like the gravel though and the 2 inch curb into the units. Regarding our most recent truck rental, Contract # 90866636, We were charged double! Charged for four days instead of two. Our location was closed Saturday and Sunday so Brenda said we could pick it up late Friday afternoon and only be charged for two days, with a due-in time of 1pm on Tuesday. Acting in good faith, this is what we did. Now as I review my receipt I see that we were charged for FOUR days! This is an error and I respectfully request an adjustment, refunded back to my Synchrony Bank Mastercard. Thank you, Howard Craig Gorton

For one thing I got the wrong size of truck, my son picked it up & I didn't see the size until I met up with my son at his house, the uhaul location was already closed when I got to my sons house. I ask for 15 foot & got a 10 foot! I was also charged for a 15 foot. I called 1800# that mentioned all surrounding locations would be closed on Saturday to exchange the day of the move. We had washer & dryer as well as heavy items that made it miserable without a ramp. We also had to make more trips…

I called U-Haul road side service about the breaks on the truck and the only thing that happened they drove the truck around in a circle and told me the truck would make it back over two hundred miles of I go slow and I have to go from Denver to Delta co this is the worst service I have had n 7 years my company with u

Inform them that if they drop off that night on a one way that they will be charged extra when all they have to do was bring it back the next morning when the drop off location is open and then they will not be charged extra since you can have the truck for 24 hours!

This place looks like a garbage dump. It has junk cars and I would never use this if I had a choice. The appearance of the place looks like a place where a bunch of trash live, unkept trailers and junk everywhere. It is a TOTAL DISGRACE to the U Haul company. The health department would close the place down if it were checked.

The roof leaked and damaged three irreplaceable pieces of art. I found them in standing water in the space I paid $85 per month for. The staff refused to be responsible. One of the pieces of art was worth thousands of dollars
