This location was excellent, convenient and very friendly. The man who helped me out was quick and even gave me more miles on the van for me to ensure I had enough to get to my destination. My 15 foot U-Haul 1 way was $155 after tax. Can't beat that! Thanks!
CELESTE CThe gentleman who helped me for my pickup was extremely nice and helpful. When I had issues checking in, he made sure to take care to sort it out.
Karl PI rented a one way trailer that ended up too small and the service rep gave me bad advice to return the trailer to a different location where I should pick up a bigger size. Fortunately I called the corporate number to confirm and they recommended for me to return the trailer at the original location and only get charged a daily rate and save a wrong location return fee and then pickup the larger trailer elsewhere. Disappointed with the guidance from the local service rep which would've costed me more money. Kudos to Jeff, that the mechanic, who was great and friendly hooking up the trailer and then unhooking at the return, both times in drizzly weather. He never complained and smiled the whole time. Was the shining light throughout the ordeal.

Leonard MThe "Check Engine / Engine Symbol" was flashing on and off causing the truck to run / miss sporadically. The attendant was a little upset that fuel gauge was not pass the "Full" and not just covering it, indicating "Full". While trying to explain the situation, I received an was basically told to shut up, with his upraised palm of his hand to my face, and said in a somewhat "Raised" voice don't tell him what to do about the gas. In the end he told me "Don't worry about the gas". May be he was having a "Bad" day. Anyway everything ended up working out.

DOMINGO GThe Manager at this location was very rude and did not allow employees to assist me back-in or unhook the trailer. Also refused to give a receipt or confirmation email stating that I had returned the trailer until the next business day

The truck didn't have a full tank of gas and wanted me to fill it up full and didn't follow procedures and checked the truck before giving me the keys to the truck just gave me the keys and told me the truck number and that's it. And I still haven't received my receipt when he said he would email it to me

Krishna G2 different roadside assistance companies had to come out to repair the back sliding door causing me to lose 2 days of work as I was unable to make it to my drop off location on time waiting on the repairs to be done. Then both repair companies told me I would not be charged for the truck, but instead they kept my $160 deposit and now I'm also being charged almost $1575 !! They knew that truck was damaged and s rented it !!

bridgette pThe flat bed trailer had a flat tire , unable to see it when unloaded however after placing the load it was very noticeable I stoped at the Gulf Fwy branch to ask for help to put some air on the tire and the employee was very negative saying I don't have nothing to do with it! even though I called to make the reservation with them at the Gulf Fwy and they send me to the connoco on ALMEDA Genoa! Thank you so much for listening I will still continue to do business with U-Haul again. I am sure it will be fixed, otherwise what is the purpose of this survey. Merci encore!

Terry gReturned everything as was given and said was ok and sent receipt and next day charged another fee on my credit card and then gave back and then put same amount on there, You need to take your Uhaul trucks away from this location this vendor is very dishonest and a scammer. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
