My reservation was transferred here due to equipment not available at another location. I arrived at 5:43 pm and the office was closed. The posted closing time was 6:00 pm. I ended up using truckshare 24/7 to pickup the truck.

Very nice customer service. The agent was promptand informative. She was able to check me in and out very fast. And all equipment requested was at hand, and in great working order. The truck was clean and worked without any problems.

It was very easy dropping off the truck and the lady was a pleasure to speak with.

Make sure dolly that I was being charged for was actually provided inside the truck. Then make sure when customer calls to get a credit, the credit is actually done.

vehicle rented should have full tank of fuel, becomes a burden to have 1/8 tank on both time and effort.

The truck was too expensive when compared to a one way ride for the mileage there was no extended miles discount which was disappointing. There is no place to install a car seat in the truck either

My piedmont location was cancelled and the person calling to reroute me didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. Your system went down so I had to die everything over again. I'm concerned I'll get charged twice . The lady at nw 63 was incredible. She's the best professional and should train your new employees and the short girl in the edmond ( outside , not the desk girl) Store was exceptionally friendly and helpful. These were the best 2 uhaul employees ever. They need recognition for making moving a little better!
