I advised him of the engine light issues and he said that truck should have not been released to me because of engine light issues.Not looking for a refund or anything but maybe this is a learning issue which should be addressed. The truck did it's job.

Drop off was simple although the online drop-off process was not working well to upload photos of various things. Seemed not to be a problem w the owners. Would rent again for sure.

MANIVANNA EI think a complementary 3 minute guide on the sumple stuff like moving from park to drive and vice-versa, activating/releasing the emergency brake, and any safety features would be very helpful. I asked for this and got a wonderful tutorial.
MATTHEW CWe were picking up with the website app. The local owner/manager check to make sure everything was OK I wanted to know if we needed anything. Do you haul self check out worked well.

PATRICK HReally a very nice location and experience. It would have been nice if the trailer had been swept clean but the equipment was in good shape, the staff was very nice and took care of hitching the trailer to our vehicle without us asking. Access to the location, especially when returning the equipment can be challenging due to its location on a busy road. A very nice experience overall.
Jeanbapti GMy pick up location was supposed to be in Newton New Jersey. 1 hour before pick up it was changed to Haskell NJ 40 mins away. Very inconvenient! At end of day wanted to drop off trailer close by but was told no. Customer service transferred me 5 times and when I finally reached Michelle, she was rude nasty! Not a good experience at all.

stephen pDrop off was fine, I was called twice about returning. I paid for a extra day, I was contacted by a woman who was very rude and gave me an attitude when I tried to explain I was charged twice. The woman had a very poor attitude for a paying customer and should be retrained for customer relations.
ROBERT MSo there is no 24/7 key-box the owner of this site has a box with his own master lock on it on side of building hidden !! i was just lucky i was picking up during a working day or i would have no way to get the key to my van and upon return i had no way to put key in lucky i was able to leave a message and put key into a mail slot

GERALD FThis rental could easily prevent me from ever using uhaul ever. The truck was not a uhaul vehicle. I was lied to about the price. The truck was severely UNSAFE. I will be calling uhaul to complain and protest. AWFUL, TERRIBLE experience.
Tom VI had an excellent interaction with Bob from this location. He was very friendly and explained exactly how to use the trailer I rented. I will go here again for any other rental needs.
Christopher VWhen we were dropping off the truck my wife spotted the boss of the place was leaving she went to stop him to talk to him about what we were doing and he just drove off. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

John LThe truck worked well but the cabin smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigarettes with the windows up. I had the windows cracked open the whole time driving because I thought I was going to vomit. This is coming from an ex-smoker who smoked in his car and I never smelled a car like that before.

Chris HApparently your previously arranged location pick off and drop off sites are not set in stone. I had to go out of my way to pick up and drop off, causing extra miles that I was charged for. I would not recommend using again.
Donna cIT was time consuming to drop off the equipment and the person could not resolve all the costs & issues.
Jules PYou need to put a "foot " on the trailer. I have a bad back and could not heave the trailer off the hitch. A crank foot like most othr trailers would have made the job easier and safer.

rob rWhen we picked up the trailer they had no idea what they were doing. Took 4 people to attach it and then they had issues with getting the brake lights to work.
Giovanni GI will never recommend U-Haul to anyone the company to which I dropped the truck off that I was told to a day early was closed I dropped the key in the Dropbox on Monday I got a call from U-Haul themselves telling me that the truck was unaccounted for when it was sitting in that Lot 2 days after the truck was dropped off that company called me and told me that they were going to charge my account because there was not enough gas in the vehicle when I know that there was because I stopped at the gas station before I dropped it off I told him you will not charge me again to have a supervisor contact me nobody called me back in 2 and 1/2 Weeks Later I was charged again when I called your company in order to file a complaint I was rudely hung up on nobody called me back to follow up nobody has and I'm going on another week I will not recommend U-Haul for anybody
