When returning the key no tail lights didn't know until it got dark

I returned the truck with same fuel readings the black American lied we showed him the gas when we arrived he saw it was at the exact spot I don’t appreciate a business taking advantage of customers

The drop off location was horrible. There was no one there to give me information or paperwork stating that the equipment was turned in. There was a cease and desist note on the door and the phone number was disconnected. I would not recommend this location again

Prices too expensive. A gas charge of $30 is absurd when I only drove 17 miles. It takes me $50 to fill my 20 gallon truck up. Penske was $148 dollars for the day with unlimited miles. Should've just used them to avoid all the secret fees U-Haul has. Base fee was $30 and somehow I ended up paying $120 for 3 hours and 17 miles.

Truck was ok. But we were charged for 133 miles, and we only used 52 miles. We asked for funds to be returned. We have not received an answer.

The whole experience was horrible plus the guy robbed me gave me one price and told me that was the price but charged my card 2 more times for the same amount fuck u haul

Uhaul did not have my truck at first location sent me to second location and no one was there had to go through long process to get truck and didn’t have the equipment I needed due to not being at the actual location for me to receive the truck horrible experience with uhaul.

The Truck was dirty inside the cab smelled like Cigarettes and was not well maintained

The inside was okay but not cleaned out. Found a water bottle and small debris in the truck and the back was not swept well. Also the drivers door handle looks like it's barely hanging on and the headliner is coming down in the front by the windshield But was not notated when I rented it in the pics. So I added the door handle issue when I rented it.

My experience with U-Haul mobile was horrible. When I got to the location it took 30 minutes for Nancy to approve the U-Haul. Once approved the code they provided me with did not work. So I had to call customer service. The customer see agent Janah was beyond horrible. She kept putting me on very long holds but was not helping me. I got to 30 minutes in the call she came back on the line and asked the same question she asked before and then said can I put you on hold. I told her no because she keep putting me a very long holds. She put me on hold in the middle of me telling her not to put me on hold. I had to call back and get someone else who had to cancel the truck. It's taken forever to get my refund from a U-Haul I was never able to pick up at no fault of my own.I will never use U-Haul. I'll stick to Home Depot.

A piece of equipment I ordered wasn't in there so it took me way longer to move and then I got charged double. The location was fine and the guy I talked to was nice. But my overall uhaul experience was bad.

The gentleman that runs and operates this location is absolutely phenomenal and very welcoming. He saw I was having issues and helped me get the truck even though he was already closed. Fortement recommandé!

For starters the owner of the property should not agree to not charge a second day due to issues at the storage facility. Then he proceeds to charge me for 3 whole days and lied that I dropped the vehicle off the day AFTER I really dropped it off. I feel like this owner tried to get over on me because I'm a female. I also did not get the truck until an hour after my actual pick up time due to the website not working and having to wait on the owner to come back to help get the key. My first experience and it was terrible.

They weren’t there when they were suppose to be nor was the dolly/ hand trunk in the trunk, which was suppose to be in it.
