this location was out in the country and IT connectivity was not stable which made the usage of u haul apps impossible to use

Rene BPickup location and attendant were excellent but issue was with U-Haul customer service. I reserved a 26 ft truck and on day before pickup, I was called by U-Haul and told truck was not available. The nearest pickup location was 3 hrs away. After a considerable amount of time with customer service had to settle for next best thing and rent two 15 ft trucks at a considerable higher price. This experience was one of my worst ever as this was happening in the middle of a move. I will not use U-Haul again!!!

Hugh BI didn't get all of the equipment I paid for. There were no moving blankets even though I had prepaid for them. When I called 1-800-GOUHAUL, they wouldn't process a reimbursement for the blankets.
Grant WThe original location we were to pick up truck was in Kerrville and was not there because previous renter had kept it longer. We had to drive an additional 40 minutes to Fredericksburg to pick up truck and them back to Kerrville which was very inconvenient. Was told we received a discount down to $75 but was charged $136;on card . Have not been credited yet. Very unhappy with Uhaul

Bruce BI can not remember the gentleman's name but he was the most helpful person we had during this entire rental. He was the only one willing to work with us when everyone else was turning us away (bc they are full or aren't taking trailers bc of covid) for returning our trailer in the town we had a signed contract for. I can't rave about him enough! He is the type of person uhaul's management should strive to be like.

James BIssues: 1) UHAul dispatch changed the drop off location at the last minute and i didn't realize it. I picked that location because i have a storge unit there. As i walked into the parking lot someone from the office came out with her hand up telling me to stop. I went ahead and drove it to the other location like they asked 2) The other location did not have personnel on site. AND THEY CHARGED ME ADDITIONAL MILEAGE TO DRIVE IT THERE FOR THEIR CONVENIENCE WHAT A DISASTER!!!!!!!!
