Everything was a good experience , truck ran Great! Drop off location was easy to find and personnel was helpful !! Same as when we picked up the UHall truck in Chappell , personnel was Great and very helpful .

Travis MaplesThere was no parking at all. The sign is extremely hard to see. There is no office. Again the truck was supposed to have 1/8 of a tank of gas - we drove about 1 block and the low fuel light came on. Then when we returned it they charged us for fuel - seriously we got a truck that was on empty - so now I have to go and complain about that. The only good thing is that the truck ran well and didn't break down.

JERRY ADAIRTruck was parked very tightly between 2 other trucks. With the car parked across the street it was more difficult then necessary to pull forward safely without hitting the other truck or the car.
Seth BrownThe site had no personnel on site. The app did not work. This was very distressing. Call to UHaul help line was similarly no help...on hold for over 45 minutes before I gave up. Bad experience. You guys have got to be better. Next time, I will rent from Penske.

Dennis PorterI don't know why you are asking about the location that I didn't use. I picked up in McCook, NE to haul things from Trenton, NE to North Platte, NE. My truck wasn't ready at my reserved time. I had to wait three hours for them to decide they could give me a different truck. They allotted me not nearly enough miles to get to my destination, they didn't set a drop-off location, they wanted it returned to an unknown location less than 24 hours after I got the truck, and they didn't do or have me do a check of the truck when I picked up the truck. Now they tell me I can dispute the extra charges that will come from all of the hassle. I would rather sell everything I own than use or recommend uhaul.

Myker ChaPersonnel not very helpful, had to leave the rental on the street, and the facility computer system not working. I ended up self checking end. Shelf check is not bad, but had to leave rental some distance away and having to go back and take photos was really a pain. If I knew I had to take photos, it would have been helpful.
SAMMY TODDI called this location to reserve the trailer and the young man said the owner was gone and I would have to go online and do it myself. After I reserved it online I call the same location twice with no answer. I called U-Haul 800 number to make sure this location would be open to pick up the trailer and the woman on the other end was extremely snotty. Tried to explain that there was no answer to both of my phone calls and she was extremely RUDE!!! When my husband went to pick it up, there were 3 men in the office, told him it was out on the lot and did not go out or help him lift it and hook it up on the truck.

Deborah TaylorNot advertise that you have trucks in stock and let people reserve them when you indeed do not have them in stock. Also don't tell your customers that you will get them a trailer if they need it when you won't actually give them a trailer. I had to leave a lot of my stuff behind 2 states away because I couldn't fit it and also I ordered 12 furniture pads and got 5 so some of my furniture got ruined in my trip because I had to cram as much as possible.
