Inspections of equipment needs to be better I had a leaking roof in the cab of the truck or the driver side
Mark CThere was nobody there at the time we dropped it off. The facility was gated so we had to leave the truck outside the gate and put the keys in a key drop. None of the phone numbers for the facility worked or were answered. Finally called the main uhaul number just so we could tell someone it was dropped off. We had to take our own pics of odometer and gas gauge etc. Side note: we dropped it off on 12/27 (Wednesday) at 10:00 AM- someone should've been there.
