The pickup took almost 30 min and the person did not seem to know the system properly.
Morlaye CPlace was so hard to find. Google maps couldn't even take me to the right spot which wasted so much of my time before I could return my truck
Melissa Nemployee took him 45 min to give me contract he did it wrong and wrong and wrong i had to call uhaul customer service to walk him through got an appointment and i arrived 15 min earlier ended up leaving an hour after very dissappointed
Ahmad IIf when you pick up the equipment and the person working for uhaul doesn't dispatch properly. DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE CALL AND YELL AT YOUR CUSTOMER. demand that you will be charged with theft as this was their mistake. I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. I WOULD LIKE A RESPONE TO THIS COMMENT. REGAURDS Bob Jowett
