The pick up experience was terrible. They give no information for what they are needing, I had to give them a random contact without explaining it. The app took forever. Literally took me 45 minutes to pick up the truck.

Signs directing to uhaul would be nice. It was a bit tricky to locate how to get back to uhaul site. Overall great people and great experience!

William TThey advertise at 74,95 but they don't tell you about mileage and fees til signing. The real price was 249! And then leave the gas tank half full, you you have to replace the gas you use. Why not leave it for on full?? Maybe to get extra gas? Hmmm…?

BRENT SStarted off at the U-Haul center in Kalispell MT which was a disaster and the two incompetent people working there could not help me with a possible wiring issue on my vehicle and could not recommend any other services. Went to AP U-Haul where they not only diagnosed the problem of a failed U-Haul relay but repaired it and rented me the trailer I needed to leave that day. These folks at AP are professionals and a great team, Blaze is excellent with customer service. The U-Haul center in Kalispell manager should be trained how to do his job.

kevin MNo personnel at this location. We called and were told just to drop off the trailer. This could have been very awkward if I wasn't physically able to lift the 6' by 12' cargo trailer off of the hitch.

Kevin AThe gas tank was a little off full and instead of going back and reporting it I continued to the job site. When I filled up with gas it took 9,6 gallons and I had driven 45 miles. You need to make sure the tank is full before you rent the truck. Returned the truck ant 12 noon the same day I rented the truck and personally turned in the keys. Received a call on Monday asking if I was going to keep the truck for additional days. The rental company just does not pay attention to the details.

They sent me to this location with a much smaller truck, that resulted in 3 trips instead of one which was time consuming and frustrating. So 5 stars for Columbia falls but 3 for u haul

Robert WMy reserved truck was given away 1 hour before I was due to pick it up for my move. I even went to this site the day before to confirm that the truck was available. Spent the rest of my morning driving around trying to get another 20 foot truck, none available. Luckily , another dealer had a 15 foot truck available to help me with my move. I would not recommend the Evergreen u haul location!

STEPHEN LVery disappointed in a policy that would not let me rent using my 2010 Sport Trac. I had to borrow a vehicle which is totally unacceptable. My Sport track has new tires, a V8 engine, strong transmission, and plenty of towing capacity. Because you seem to have a monopoly in this market, I was left with very few options.
Catherine PAs a whole, the experience was great, except the communication. I was not I had to pick at two separate locations. Two days notice would have helped me to figure it out. One place was closing at 2 pm and I could not get the truck until 4pm. The person who helped figure things out was very helpful.

David dI was unable to get truck when I was told- had to pay for a day I couldn't even use truck because websites wasn't working- location refused discount for for admitted gross negligence- absolutely the worst rental experience of my life- on top of that - I had to pay in full for something I only received partially. REBECCA Slocal dealers have good service and are friendly. Too bad they have to work for the main office/corporation which is terrible and extremely poor service and won't honor their reservation policy at least for me the past three years.
Ellery SGas tank was at 1/3. It seems it would be a better program to rent the truck full of fuel and have it returned in the same manner. It is not easy to guesstimate how much fuel will be needed and it was not convenient to make the first stop a gas station. In addition, I had requested two dozen blankets upon making my reservation several days in advance. Upon arrival to pick up the truck, I was informed they had zero blankets on hand and I had to spend the time and use of the truck to obtain the blankets. I had expected everything to be ready to go for me when I picked up the truck. Didn't turn out to be all that big of a deal but I would prefer to focus on moving, not gathering up blankets and getting fuel so I could begin my move. Thanks for your time.
DONALD NGreat people with excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place. Seems to run a good automotive mechanic shop as well. Definitely would hit them up for both a uhaul as well as to fix my car.
