I didn't receive any paper work stating that the mileage was within limits, or that the gas tank was 1/2 full as required, or that there was no damage attributed to me. Just a verbal "OK you're good to good." Not very re-assuring.

Very helpful and easy to rent a trailer. Checkout was timely and the hookup and safety check was thorough. I would definitely rent from BI Rental again.

The young lady at the front desk is awesome! Very friendly and helpful. The guy showing me the equipment was not nice. I said, cn you help me with this... he said: read the instructions on the wheel wells. They were covered with dirty iced up.snow! And he said that with his back to me as he walked away. This is the third time he's acted this way to me. The young lady has always been very nice!!! The owner is nice as well. I wish I xould let them know the situation!

Great experience. Nice people, I got there 20 minutes before close. They were very helpful. Got me in and out. I rented a cargo van. It was in great condition. They made it easy. Explained everything I highly recommend this location.

Entire experience was great! From reserving 5x8 trailer over the phone, to picking it up, & returning it B&I Rental in Homer Glen was very professional! Will definitely rent again from them!
