This was a unit my elderly mother rented. Everyone in the office was very kind & helpful to her. When she died & I needed to arrange transfer from out of state, Brent was companionate, professional & helpful with arranging transportation

I was very pleased with my experience at Bell Fork Storage and the only reason I cleaned out my unit was because I only had a few items left inside and it just wasn't making sense to pay to store those few things. I have stored items at other facilities here in Jacksonville and my experience with your facility was far better than any of those. Anytime I had to communicate with you, you were always helpful and friendly. I would recommend your facility to anyone looking for a storage unit. Keep up the great work!

Awesome customer service - they really helped us out when we were moving and even stayed late when we were delayed in getting to the storage facility the first time.

I have rented a unit at this facility last year and again this year. Karen is always on top of her game and is very customer service oriented. The units that I have rented are always in great condition and clean. My only negative comment is that the gate to enter the property is still broken and won't close so anyone can drive through which leaves a huge vulnerability and security issue.

There was a small mix up of time scheduals but as soon as they could fix everything they did quick and easy. Theres always mixups but only the best make sure theyre fixed.
