Drop off was quick and efficient - no issues

MIKE HA receipt or confirmation that Uhaul was returned. Super friendly staff who remove trailer and just say thanks! No interest in my name or any paperwork. Guessing toes to license plate, but was still a little nervous. My own issue, they were great!!

GARY SWe were charged for an extra day. We picked up on a Saturday and returned the next day Sunday. I put the paperwork in their mailbox. I don't think they closed it out and gave it to the next person. I received an email 5/11 stating I was charged an extra day and it had a drop off in Ohio. SOMOENE OWES ME MONEY!!!!!! Terrell DI had my appointment changed to a different location that didn't offer hitch installation, so I had to go back to my original location and a third location to get a trailer. I didnt receive 3 of the parts I bought online and had to buy a new one wasting about 38$. If I get my refund I'll recommend to a friend. If not it was a big waste of time and money to have all these reschedules and miscommunications.

JOHN CRefund me my $25 cleaning fee. When I picked up the truck it was full of mud, animal hair, and manure! Yes manure. But I needed to get back home before movers left. So I had to fully clean UHaul and was delayed an hour with movers and had to pay extra time. We used an oxi clean powder to clean the back of truck and swept it out. Then I was charged for cleaning?!! Also I was called by UHaul to change my pickup and drop off locations making me travel further away both times. I would like to be contacted my a manager and refunded for this horrible experience.

greg wThis was my first and last experience with U-Haul I was promised a $50 refund and your representative lied to me and didn’t process it a week later I called back and find this out and I have to wait another week for the $50 refund I will never use U-Haul again thanks to CHARDAE CHARDAY SHARDAY SHARDAY HOWEVER YOU SPELL IT from Butler County Ohio she lied to me thinking I would forget about my refund and just go on with life when I’ve been checking my bank account every single day for more than a 3 to 5 business days that you promise I call back today and find out she never even submitted the request for the refund this Is unacceptable you do not lie to your customers!!!!!! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR LYING ON A RECORDED CALL
Lauren PI was supposed to rent a truck from Oxford, Ohio and they guaranteed me that they had a truck. They lied and sent me here. The place is fine, but it's in the middle of nowhere which set back my schedule nearly 45 minutes in order for me to pick up the truck and take it back to Oxford.
Mimi ATruck was tightly parked between a trailer and garage. There was another trailer hitch sticking out 6 feet in front of the truck that made it super difficult to maneuver.

Dakota BTruck was in poor mechanical condition, should not have been sent on a cross country trip of 1000 miles, Will not rent from U-Haul for a long trip again. Was not pickup locations fault. should have caught problems at last service

Sam TBaker Hardware was a fine location for pickup and worked hard to accommodate my order. It was U-Haul with whom I am frustrated. I did not get the 12 blankets reserved; had to settle for 6 (NOT enough for my job!!), and what was the point of the online pre-check-in (or whatever you called it) that was supposed to save time when almost all of the information I entered onlne the night before had to be re-entered when I got there to pick up the trailer?!

gary cThis location provided, by FAR, the BEST customer service from any U-Haul provider I have ever experienced. They were extremely kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about my experience with U-Haul. I would highly recommend that more people work with them. The location is also very convenient to access, even though on the maps it may seem like it's out of the way, I actually never felt like it was either far or hard to find. This location alone would make me want to use U-Haul again.
Juan PI was guaranteed a tow dolly at the pickup location and when I arrived was told that it was damaged and out of service. I was offered a car hauler for the same price. I travelled 800 plus miles and my fuel consumption rate was considerably worse compared to the recent time that I pulled a car on a Uhaul dolly. The $75-100 in added fuel costs that I had to incur was extremely disappointing.
