As far as I see nothing needs changed. It's easy to rent and return. Simple method that works great.

Rude and double charged me for the rental
Richard RThe locking mechanism for the trailer ball is extremely loose, and the rear doors are very hard to latch, when you try and push the arm bar into the padlock latch the door does not want to latch properly, it is very hard to get the bar to completely catch and latch.
David DYour website said this was the nearest place. It was 17 miles out of town. Do better.
