From start to finish just a pleasant experience. The woman at Beaver Bearing in Albion Nebraska was very helpful and even offered to pick me up after her shift to get me to my U-Haul rental. The drop off location was excellent with a clean and safe environment. Thank you so much for an excellent experience.

Location was closed. Experienced difficulty using app for the return. Had to checkmark rental was not clean to get it to advance to finalize the check in. Left a comment on the app explaining this problem and that the rental was clean but app was not working properly.

Personnel at location are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. Lacking knowledge of UHaul computer system and dispatch procedures. Took over a hour and multiple phone calls to pick up equipment. Vehicle was not fully fueled.

Have truck ready for you without having to drive over an hour in your own personal vehical to retrieve a truck. With no compensation for gas for uhaul or personal vehcial.

The vehicle was extremely dirty with bugs everywhere. The right side windshield wiper blade was held on with a zip tie. I told him the Left front tire did not look right and the others were not much better. This tire blew out in New Mexico. Little to no maintenance was performed at the Nebraska location. The operator for emergency break downs at UHAUL was excellent as well as the roadside repairman that changed the tire.

Was told equipment was there but upon arrival found out it wasn't, was provided with a larger trailer for same price which would be ok in town but as I took it 1 way to CA made trip much more expensive. Very much more expensive both because of weight and drag being taller trailer.

The trailer was missing the hook on the brake chain. Thanks to the person at Beaver Bearing helping me as he went and got a bolt, washers & nut to secure this. As an aside, about a month ago I rented a tow dolly that I picked up in Lincoln NE & it had one hook on the chain that goes around the lower control arm of the towed vehicle that was straightened out and could not be hooked, so I had to tie the chain in a knot.
