Steve is a hero! He made the reservation for me, and he let me drop the trailer off at his location when a store an hour and twenty minutes away from my house was requesting I drop it with them. I will definitely be working with Steve again!

steve MThe process to rent the trailer was easy - scheduled it online, chose the options needed for additional items, and then picked it up. The check-out step was EXTREMELY fast - no hassle standing around waiting - definitely a plus for return business (nothing worse than being on a schedule and then taking 1/2 hour to finish paperwork). Same ease of return - and got help backing the trailer in - which not being a normal practice was very helpful. Nothing to do on the return other than drive away. Highly recommended based on service I received.

Michael PWe went to pick up the truck and noticed that the passenger front tire was low. Vendor said that we needed to go put air in it which was annoying. 1 hour into the move, the flat tire light was on and we had to take it to America's Tires to put air in it and they found a big nail in the tire. We had to fill up air twice that day. Luckily we were doing a local move and not needing to drive long distance or on the freeway. Also, cab smelled like cigarette smoke which I know can't be helped but I will not use U-Haul again.

delores mThis last pick up i drove back in forth spend a good $23 worth in gas so i could rent this truck because i was $10 under thats my fault but i dont underatand why he charge me other $23 when i broaght it back before i took the truck back i went through a car wash and put $43 in gas into the truck why charge me other $23 i dont know why he did that , no paper work i came back with or receipts thats werid and not right
