This location has two very aggressive dogs and the owner refuses to put them away. She kept telling me i had to come inside, and walk in slowly. I told her I was not comfortable going inside while the dogs are barking and lunging at me. I asked her to bring paperwork outside. She said it's on the computer. I had to stand outside in 20° weather while I went through the online check in process on my phone for about 15 minutes. The truck i reserved wasn't there, and I had to move up my moving date. My movers weren't available and my storage unit was not available. This location changed my reservation to a different location in Colorado without notifying me. I've had good experiences with Uhaul in the past, but will never use it again due to this location, and this moving experience.

I never got it emailed to me either. I escorted my self to the vehicle and did an inspection on my own. I wouldn't go back to this place. The woman was very nice but the dogs were intimidating, licking and jumping on me.

Roy GrantThe owners were very nice, but they need a younger person, male, do the hooking up and checking wiring, and lights. The older lady was helpful, but she should not be lifting the trailer to ball, and her husband, older gentleman, could not get onto his knees to check connections. So I had to do myself, customer, to keep from having older people doing that manual work. They need more staff, younger males there working.

James HudsonThe lady that worked there was very very lovely. However her husband was not. Raciest remarks were made toward me. When I called the day prior and asked him if the two trailers I needed was available he rudely said no to one of them but yes to the other. He also made the comment that he recommends that all female drivers get insurance on the equipment. They also had a sign that stated that prices could be altered dependent on our attitude. They also locked and left before noon for lunch then was suppose to return at 1pm which they did not return until 1:30. As well as charging $60 for gas when it only needed $5 worth. Highly unprofessional and will not be returning to this uhaul nor recommending it.

The folks running the place were codgy, old-timey folks, but believe you me they know their business. I left happy and satisfied.

George MaycottDue to the location, I would recommend it out of convenience. The gentleman in the building was not friendly and the three of them seemed hostile towards one another. Due to picking up the trailer in the middle of the day we didn't realize that the running lights on the trailer didn't work, although we had signal and braking lights.

Joe JudiscakMy preferred drop off was Trinidad, but they were overwhelmed with trailers. By drop off date they could accommodate my drop off, but southern CO uhaul said I'd pay a penalty for breach of contract, so I had to drive over the pass to Ratón to drop. Nobody was there as it was lunch hour so I had to drop the contract in the box and the trailer in the lot. Just frustrating. The people I had to talk to were helpful and efficient.
