make it more clear where the key drop box is - the trucks are parked behind the store and the key box is in the front
Steven HFirst time using was not aware I was supposed to put gas in it and was charged $50 on top of my regular bill I think this was outrageous considering I was never told to put gas in it
Samantha MMy reservation was switched at last minute to a place I had never been to then it kept booting me out of my account for check in...on top of all that I had to call uhaul just to get it straightened out
Stephanie KThe staff person had no knowledge of our reservation when we arrived. We reserved a larger truck but was given a smaller truck. Gas tank was only 1/4 full when we picked it up and we had to fill before leaving. Air pressure on one tire was very low - 40 pounds below recommended amount. Sensor showed it low so we stopped and filled.

Michael MTruck was not ready for usage. It was buried in snow. Had to floor it to get through snow bank in front of it. Backdoor was frozen shut. Clip on driver's side visor was broken and dangling. No windshield washer fluid.
Alfred HPlease do not ever rent from this location! They insisted on videotaping the check in process despite my adamant demands that they not do so. They claimed that it was for "training purposes only." In addition, the back of the truck had water in it which I had to ask that they remove. Front windshield had a crack in it which proceeded to crack across the entire driver's side of the windshield after only 2 miles away from the location. Light switch had issues. Had to turn around and drive unit back to location and ask for another one at which time they proceeded to say that they could not help me and that I would need to call U-Haul. U-Haul you need to reconsider this location as a distributor of your products.
