They were informative and helpful. When we were a little short on gas they let us for fill it and bring back so we received the better price. thanks for your help.

William AI made my reservation to be picked up in Roseburg, Oregon. Then received a call informing me I would have to pick up in Canyonville, Oregon This particular date marks my 6th move. Which totals over $6k in Uhaul rental fees for the trailers I've used. When I received the confirmation call, I took that as being my reservation was being confirmed at the location I desired. Instead, I was informed the confirmation call wasn't a confirmation call at all. The call was more to verify not confirm pick up location. Then I was told by the agent-regional manager for uhaul that no discount could be applied due to the inconvenience. Then was informed that it was my fault that I didn't receive a discount because I didn't call two days earlier. How the hell was I to know my reservation location would be changed, and how the hell could I know that I should have called two days in advance to receive a discount. The regional manager and the agent I spoke to were rude, accusatory, and did not provide one ounce of customer support, nor did either of them focus on customer retention. I'm appalled at how I was treated, and I'm completely stunned that both Uhaul employees would have the audacity to blame me for which I could not have known. I would have expected that any Uhaul employee would want to keep a customer that has spent over 6k in Uhaul rental fees. At this point, I have decided to no longer use Uhaul. Ever! I'm so disgusted that I was being blamed for things I could not know or have previous knowledge of. And then you sum it all up I was treated rudely. This treatment was downright disgusting.
Bonny WExcellent service; friendly and welcoming; the business transactions are fast and easy, but everyone is still interested in building a rapport with the customer. In some places it's only about the immediate transaction; at Bill's they make you feel like you are part of the community, that you belong, that you can just come to visit any time. Cordial, caring, hardworking team!
STARLEY DAlways courteous and welcoming. As a customer you feel that they are happy to help you. At some other locations, the customer is made to feel like they are an imposition or an interference. At Bill's everyone is down to earth, easy going, and ready to get you set up. Good people!

STEPHANIE MThere are U-Haul rental facilities closer to our home, but we prefer to drive further because of the welcoming and friendly atmosphere at Bill's. Everyone is cordial and helpful. They engage in conversations and have a great sense of humor. It's just fun to go there! Even when it's really busy, they never neglect a customer. Indeed, they accommodate everyone and jump into action immediately. Great people!

Charles PGreat location, with easy access and friendly personnel. They were very apologetic about the problem and stated that they would make sure the car dolly was inspected and repaired before being rented to anyone else.
William EWe made arrangements in Casa Grande Az. To pick up a 26 ft truck in Roseburg Or. (long in advance) we checked with the U-haul in Roseburg the day before, they said we must pick it up in Winchester Or. as they did not have it. We received a call later that day saying we would need to pick the truck up in Canyonville Or. 26 miles S. this is just not okay. The U-haul in Casa Grande has been wonderful. Roseburg should take lessons,

Aleshea FOk so I found the person I delt with , Little bill owner a bit cold and not great on pr skills , when I told bill about the poor gas milage the physical attitude I got was uncaring and poor , I didn't really care as I was just looking out for the next guy if there was a problem with the truck .The rest of the employees were great , I think bill really should stay out of the pr section lol but we got it done and I was outta there
