I was supposed to get 30 miles free when I scheduled the truck but I didn't get it. I also asked for an appliance hand truck for 10 dollars and ended up with the standard 7 dollar one but still got charged 10 dollars. I'm very unhappy and may not ever rent a uhaul again.

The location was a dump! No one was around, even though the place should have been open. It was dirty and junky and I'm glad I got there before dark because it didn't look safe either!

It took me over an hour to get my Uhaul. The app told me that I had picked the Uhaul up prior to me getting the code for the vehicle key. The location was closed and it is not the locations fault at all. After spending 15 minutes on the phone with Uhaul, they finally gave me the box and the code to get the key. The code they gave me opened the wrong box. I had to wait on hold for another 15 minutes then spent another 20 minutes on the phone with Uhaul trying to figure out the code for the box to get the key. By the end of it, they ended up giving me a different truck entirely and charged me more money.

Place was a little run-down but vehicle was clean and worked well. I picked up and dropped off vehicle in the day time but if i had to do any of these at night, I am not sure of the lighting around this location... It could be adequate but don't know. The mobile experience instuctions did not provide enough info to state the time it would it would take to set all of this up... but maybe the instructions were on the site but i missed this...

The facility owner where I picked up my truck and dropped it off called the police on my wife and I because I am a Black-American male. The police forced me to show them my ID. This was a horrifying for be my wife and I. I will never be using this location ever again and I highly recommend that this location shut down.

Instructions were horrible wasn’t enough info provided was at the location with my 8 month old baby customer services calls kept dropping it was a horrible experience overall the truck drove amazing

There's always a problem when trying to check out the vehicle, the vehicle is never clean and I asked for a hitch and they said they would provide it for me and it was not on the truck. But this is the only place that always have a pickup truck available so I must continue to use this location.

I got charged for blankets that werent there and wasnt compensated for it. Trued doing it through the website like it wanted me to but I was still charged.

The contactless check in was terrible. There were so many steps to pick up the vehicle I felt like I was on a Scavenger Hunt. I will only rent again if there is an attendant. The lot was too small and in very poor condition. There are uneven surfaces and tripping hazards. The U Haul vehicles are crammed in the lot. This lot needs service and repairs immediately.

When arriving to the location I could clearly see the sign for uhaul rental however when entering the building nothing was evident that I was in the right place I actually circled around the building twice and even asked gentleman that were working inside of a garage in the car if I was in the right place. It was like I was standing in a storage unit. There was furniture everywhere and the ceiling look like it were going to collapse at any second. I can't imagine the building being safe and immediately made me feel uneasy. My interaction with the gentleman who asking me for my license and credit card walked away with my items around a corner to god only knows where and told me to wait at the entrance and that if he had any questions he would holler out to me. He came back and asked how many miles I intended on traveling and I guessed approx. 15. From Blackwood to Pine Hill NJ. There was no service agreement, no documentation or receipt provided he handed me the keys to the vehicle and said "I won't be here when you return, place the keys in the drop box" I am now seeing two pending charges for this rental on my credit card which I do plan on disputing because they are both much larger than what was expected according to what was advertised. 19,95 and 0,99c a mile. In total I drove exactly 16 miles and am being charged approx. 135$ FOR WHAT?!? . Of course there is no receipt or service agreement. I am baffled, this is not the first time I've used this service and I certainly will never use this location ever again if it were the last facility standing. It was completely unprofessional and I should have known something was up from the minute I pulled up to this location. If it wasn't for an emergency or urgent situation of my grandmother being evicted from her apartment and needing shelter immediately I would have cancelled the reservation and went elsewhere.

Picked up the U-Haul, I had less than a quarter tank in it. This caused a delay in my moving process because I expected to have a full tank when I pick up a rental of any kind. This resulted in having to pay my movers more because of the time it added on. Inside the cab there was trash and was just very dirty. Windshield wipers definitely need to be changed cause I could barely see driving in the rain. It's obvious the person in charge of this location does not care for customers and does not check these trucks before renting them to another person. Not happy with this experience.

The attendant , over charged my account. When I called home on today to try resolving the issues but he doesn't answer my call. I've called the Corporate office and will discuss this issue with them.

The location was beyond dirty and literally falling apart. I was uncomfortable being there. Every truck I have ever rented was spotless and clean however this van was dirty inside - it should have been vacuumed. The gentleman who rented the van was beyond helpful and extremely nice.

The truck was filthy and disgusting. They gave me the truck with barely quarter tank. The employee was so rude over the phone. The pickup location was gross and the building had rain pouring instead through the ceiling.

The location does not have sufficient parking or signage visible. Moreover, they don't have a front desk to take of business as the man never introduced himself and took my license and credit card in the back to complete the transaction?

Key code was not provided for 24/7 uhaul check in. Waited over an hour for someone to arrive to get me the keys to the vehicle putting me 90 minutes behind schedule.

Lower the ridiculous prices. I had a locale pick up of a cheap refrigerator for my garage. What should have been a quick and cheap experience turned into an overpriced headache. I spent 3x as much than the "19,99" advertisement posted on the truck. This was a pretty bad experience which will probably prevent me from renting from uhaul again. Luckily, Home Depot/Budget/Penske/ and even Enterprise are alternative options for truck rentals.

I will never use Uhaul again for my moving needs in the near future and would not recommend to family or friends. I had the absolute worse experience as a customer trying to get a truck that I preordered a month in advance. Having only one truck available in the whole state of NJ is pitiful! You guys should hire some more staff so customers don't have to drive so far to pick up a truck! We had our location changed for pick up at least two times and the two days before our moving date they said they had our truck ready for us. Then a day before we had to move I got a text from John at Uhaul in Edgewater NJ that our truck is not at that location and we will have to be credited back. Then I was on your customer service line for a half an hour only to reach some woman who gave me a wrong phone number for the scheduling HR. Then I had to call back again and wait another 30 minutes to reach a man telling me that number isn't even correct. Then I had to call the correct number and wait again to reach a representative which led me to talk to her supervisor. It was beyond ridiculous to have to go through all this trouble just to get a moving truck. I was supposed to be refunded back money for my inconvenience and I haven't received it yet! Terrible service!!

Sadly this facility was literally the dirtiest place I have ever been. Most of the ceiling tiles were gone or falling down, ceiling leaking in several spots with with buckets catching water all over the building. Cobwebs and layers of dirt everywhere. Definitely not expecting high end for a uhaul facility place was far beyond acceptable for customer entry. I was also informed at last minute that I had to pick up here bc my requested location much closer to home did not have the van. I was also not told any hours for that facility - i had an appointment at 3 to pick up and they texted me as i was heading there that they close at 4. Would have been good to know that ahead of time, thankfully i was on my way! And then charged for the extra mileage which seems a bit wrong.
