They are rude not helpful at all then want to hang up tell you they just wont close out the truck you returned so go gotta go above them to have it put in as returned on time do better

Michael SThis pick up location was horrible guy just gave me a piece of paper and said this is the trailer number if I didn’t have trailer experience I would have been lost and then drop off was easy and fast I just dropped it off anywhere they had an opening and walked in they didn’t ask anything or check for damages or anything took a video for my records though and also there was still boxes in trailer from previous use of it

Jordyn FI like to rent from here. The hours are extended because it is part of a convenience store. You don't have a $20 late drop off fee because it is after 7pm. The owners are awesome.

Lydia CThe owner gave me mileage that was 50 miles less than what was on the odometer. I only noticed when the trip had started, and he refused to compare the records of the previous customer which would have proved that I only used the truck for less than 12 miles. He kept saying "It's my fault for not checking" which may be true but when he's taking a photo of the odometer after each trip, he knew I wasn't lying and just wanted to charge me for the extra 60 dollars. I'll never be coming back and will be recommending everyone use a different u-haul location.

Ryan BThe uHaul office is part of a convenience store in a very bad area of town. It took a while to get service and the grocery customers who came in were certainly not the ones you would like to have your daughters hang out with. But the staff was very nice and helpful and got the job done.

Mary AUpon arriving, the attendent argued with me that I didn't have a drop off reservation. The language barrier didn't help much. It appeared to be an absolute shocker that I was dropping off a truck and trailer. The guy kept telling me they didn't have room and he would have to call his boss. I was fearful that he wasn't going to take my drop off and would make me drive somewhere else to drop off when I had to catch a plane and fly back home. It doesnt look like UHaul has very good communication between pick up and drop off locations. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with UHaul and hope I never have to use you again!
Dennis SDuring this fiasco the man behind the counter was very helpful and I could tell he felt very bad about the situation. I would drop off another UHAUL there just to say hello to him.
Colton GWhen I reserved the uhaul online I declined insurance on it but once I picked up the uhaul protection was still added onto my bill. I would appreciate it if information put on my reservation was honored instead of having to go through the questionnaire at again at pickup causing confusing or making unwanted changes to my existing reservation.

UDDHAV TIt was a gas station that also rents uhauls, nothing special. Guy was helpful but I had a hard time understanding him.

Mark NWe rented a truck at this location and gas tank was on E. At time of drop off we were charged for fuel but there literally was no gas when we picked it up. Please do better with keeping track of fuel and mileage on trucks

KATIE HLocation was in a sketchy-looking convenience store and wasn't well labeled, barely could find the place due to a lack of U-Haul signage. My parents and I felt very unsafe there. Specifically requested a different pickup location when I submitted my order, got a confirmation email saying I would pickup at that requested location, but when I went to pick up, they sent me to this location instead. Inconvenient, unsafe, and very poor experience. Only positive was the customer service at the location was decent and not horrible.
Trevor SThe gentleman that checked out and in the equipment made us hookup the trailer to the truck and then park the trailer and truck for him. This is something we've never experienced before at other locations.
Rachel DThe pick up location was in an economically depressed area. There were numerous indigent people loitering in the area. The clerk who checked me out was not helpful and did not walk me to the vehicle. I felt unsafe the entire time I was there and honestly was concerned about opening the truck bay area when I arrived at my son's apartment for fear I would find homeless people inside.

STEPHANIE TThere was a check engine light, the Cala converter was cut off so the thing sounds like a jet engine I felt a completely unsafe through the whole time I really would like a refund thank you
Aaron CThe attendant at the register was the key to this experience. He was ready for me, even though I was late. He had everything prepared and was very helpful and patient. The only criticism I have is that there was a lot of animal hair in the cab. My spouse is allergic to animal hair and dander. It would have been better if someone had vacuumed that.

XAVIER SAll was great. The guys who worked at the store were nice, friendly and quick. The truck was clean, had a full tank of gas and drove well. Returning was also easy. Plus, uber-convenient to hopping on 183 from this location. For those reviewers who complained about the location and called it sketchy. Please.....

Brandeline LThis location is in a small corner store/ shady area at night so come in daytime, however the employee here was awesome!!! He was leaps and bounds above the employees at the UT I35 airport location: those guys were the worst, I'll never go back there! My experience there was too much to type here. I was lied to a couple times and dismissed, discouraged from trying to get a truck that same day. Which I did get at the blue diamond a couple miles away for my needs!
