The personnel at this location were friendly, informative and knowledgeable. The actual rental and return were handled very smoothly and efficiently. However, there was some issues with the "online" service in setting up the Order in that conflicting information relating to the billing and confirmation process.

I'm very very satisfied with the truck and equipment the only because I'm short if there was something to step down on to make it easier to get in and out of the truck. I'll be back in July to rent again a larger truck next time

The app sucked . It takes forever and ultimately timed out . It wouldn't let me update the pics . The picks were old and didn't have any of the damages the truck had . Location experience 10. The U-haul app and links a 1.

Although I rated the U-Haul facility good, I received extremely poor customer service in getting my auto transporter. I originally made my reservation five months out I reserved a 15 foot truck and auto transporter and requested to pick up in Riverside California. When I called four days in advance they said it would be Sunnymead Boulevard in Moreno Valley California, the day before they changed it to Redlands CA and when I asked to speak with a supervisor they split my reservation having me pick up my truck in Fontana California and my auto transporter in Hisperia California which are in opposite directions and over an hour and a half away from my residence. I found the supervisor that split my reservation to be extremely rude and unworkable the fact that I made the reservations five months in advance and then had so much trouble being able to pick it up locally really just upset me with this company. if I was rating your customer service it would definitely be an F and if I was rating your managers work ability to get me a truck and trailer in the same place an F. I feel that U-Haul felled me in this particular rental
