I was told if it came back clean there would not be a $25 cleaning fee. We took the time to sweep out the back of the truck, I swept the front floor board and even took Clorox wipes to the floor mat to get the stuck on dirt up, and was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. Anything for them to make a few extra dollars off people, I guess. Don't appreciate being lied to though.

I dropped this truck off cleaner and with more fuel in it than it was when I picked it up. They charged me a 25 cleaning fee. I tried to dispute it with no avail. Think it was a scam so the dealer could make a little more money. I will never use u haul again.

The uhaul that we received was unacceptable. The Uhaul was crawling with cockroaches in the bed and in the cab. It is unhygienic and unsafe. When I emailed customer service, I never received a response. The assistants at the drop off location did not help either. I demand my money back on the rental.

I'm a fan of U-Haul, BUT I've had some bad experiences. However, not at Bows Petals n Lace. This is a GREAT, friendly, helpful, down-to-earth vendor. They actually care about their customers! I'll use them again!!!
