He had a great attitude and service at the terry ms location

HARRY EVANSFor the rental place none. It was great. For uhaul and customers, why offer things for the move you don't have in the location you are renting from? If you are renting far out fine, but if it's close you won't get the items before the move.

HARRY EVANSOrder had a dozen blankets reserved. The facility informed us that they did not have blankets for our order. The representative did allow us to use 3 blankets that were in another truck free of charge. However, we were charged for the use of a dozen blankets for our entire rental time by the representative that we returned our truck to - which was the same location as pickup.
Jeff Greenleemy main problem is the way the rep handeled the transation. { Mark } he told me he was on the verge of calling and reporting the van stolen ; eventhough we had spoke the day befor and i had tried to update my credit card via his instructions. i told him i needed one more day. the first thing he said to me when i returned the van was qoute ; i was just fixing to call and report it as stolen. the guy is an idiot
Kenneth SummerlinI would expect a clean trailer. This one had a lot of hay in it. Also I had a reservation for a bigger one and when I got there from Texas (8 hrs away) they didn't have the one I reserved!! Why? The closest one was 40 miles from that location. Not good. Poor customer service at this location also.

LESTER LAMONThe equipment was in poor working condition and not clean. The gentleman was polite and courteous. But, I was owed a $50 credit for the prior location's failure to have the guaranteed equipment and I had to go to another location 15 miles away and was owed 30 additional miles for my rental.

I had no issue with Britches and Boots. My frustration was with the U-Haul reservation process. Was sent 50 miles away from what I requested. Didn't have the truck I wanted after 30-day reservation period. Very poor logistics!

Vicki SartinFirst and foremost, I was informed the morning of my pick up that my pick up location was changed to a location that was 3 hours away when the location in Clinton, MS could have informed me when they found out which was the day before and after speaking with someone at that location they said that they thought I had been informed already. Secondly, the truck was so dirty! I didn't find out until I made it to my destination after the movers brought my items off of the truck. I couldn't believe that my furniture was in the condition I found it in. I am so disappointed in the services and my entire Uhaul experience. I was supposed to get my first month of storage free and upon arriving there I was informed that my storage was given to someone else and instructed to go to another location and when I got there, I had to pay $109 up front which was not the contract agreement. I am so disappointed. I never expected my experience would be like this. For improvement of the next customer, please don't do to them what was done to me.
Tonia GreenI also want to commend the employee at the Gray's Truck location in Clinton, Ms. I originally went to pick-up a trailer there but all they had was a 5 x 8 and I really needed a 6 x 12. The employee stopped what he was doing and found the trailer I needed at another location. and made sure I had directions to get there.

Jeremy KyserImprove CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location offers little assistance in trailer connection. The customer is expected to do everything from putting the trailer on the hitch to hooking up safety chains, light connections, etc. I was told "when you get it hooked up, come back inside and let me know, so I can take a picture ". I'm 73 yes old handling a dolly to put the trailer on the hitch.

Beau BlackwellI called for a price check on a tow dolly before I drove all the way to the store. I was told one price on the phone, but when I got to the store to purchase the item, I was told another price. Just so good I had the amount of money to cover the item. The tow dolly only had one working light. I told the salesperson of the matter before I left the store lot, and all I was told was ok, thanks for letting me know. I was not offered a discount on the item that was quote to me at a wrong price, nor was I given a discount not offer to get another tow dolly for the one that was not work. Not great customer service.

Seems like lying and cheating is their way of screwing customers out of their money. They are like everyone else now days very misleading by adding on excessive hidden charges
