Beth Sstop charging customer for fuel, who already put gas what he used it. how do you charge 3+ gallon gas for 13 miles run. when I already put 2 gallon gas.

Susan LJanine was so helpful and reassuring in helping me book our truck. We've been moving various pieces and parts of our belongings over a few weeks from our old house to our new one and we are pretty worn out at this point. Janine was so kind and friendly, she made a long process seem much more humane in the way she talked with us and she gave my husband very clear directions so he could return the truck in the best shape for the next user. Janine is one a kind and knew her stuff. If I needed someone to show others what kindness and good customer service look like, I'd introduce them to Janine. stanley kI went around noon on September 9th, and I had some of the best customer service I've ever had. I didn't catch her name, but the lady that was working was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, as I was kind of a pain in the butt.

Mary BThe attendant was very helpful and pleasant to work with. It was very clean, but the outside needs some sprucing up! The uhaul truck itself needs work!! The visor on the driver side hangs down and won't stay up. We will definitely call you all again, if we need a uhaul, but wanted you to know that you need to maintain your truck a little bit better.

patricia kI will recommend the location, but Clerck was not so helpful when we asked about price information on units. Didn't offer to show one and didn't offer where to find the size and price s instead she read it if the screen fast . E didn't have a pen or paper offered or even a print out .

BURNICEENOS SThis experience was horrific! I have to move more things and unfortunately I am not sure if I will ever use U-Haul again! Someone was supposed to call me they never did and you charge me extra I am extremely upset and irritated this is not acceptable for a business at all. There were problems with the computer system when I was waiting for pick up. And they were still problem for the computer system when I got back to return it

ERIC MThe uhaul trucks are old dinosaurs and gas guzzlers. It doesn't have ports for charging phones - only old fashioned cigarettes lighters are available. Horrible mess. My phone died and couldn't charge it as. I lost my gps navigation. Learn from Penske whose trucks are new
Ephraim NThe web site was bad. Did not work even though I logged in, password, etc. I found my reservation once, but then it disappeared so I was not able to use the web to check in, had to go when the office was open. Beverly the agent was great to work with.

Tammy LEven though it was a holiday weekend, the manager was extremely helpful and friendly, way above expectations. She told me exactly what I needed to know, and her tips helped me over some potential rough patches. Great attitude that helped me through what was otherwise a very rough day (clearing out a deceased loved one's apartment). A+++++
