The app is extremely frustrating. Didn't work at pickup and didn't work at drop off. Attendant barely spoke English. Warning on the van's display that the tire pressure on the front left tire was low. Attendant said it's been showing that warning for a while now and just ignored.

Very disappointed. They charged us double because we were behind for two hours. We were supposedly bringing the truck at 4:30 but we were behind for almost two hours. When we returned the truck, the gentlemen at the counter said fhat there is somene that booked it at 4:30, waited for few minutes but he can not wait and left. I never thought right away that when we returned the truck they still have to inspect it, get the mileage, etceta… etceter, and it took us almost 25 minuts to wait, go back to the store and still have to do the paper work on his phone for another 15 minutes, so that means whoever booked the truck can not exactly get it at 4:30. In short, they charge you double if you are behind on scheduled time of retun.

The gentleman working at this location was extremely helpful with the problem to do with the key stuck in the ignition. He was very cheerful and a pleasure to deal with.

The location was changed the day before pickup after asking me to haul a trailer and drop it off at my end destination, which I had refused to do; then asked me to return the truck after when I had explicitly booked a one way move as well as a missing dolly. Overall a not very smooth experience.

No enough UHaul Vans at other locations that were convenient to me.

Van was dirty inside and out. Had rear body damage.

Getting Key for the Vehicle took too long... the system (computer & software both) wasn't working when booking... so completed booking using my phone but then Agent didn't get update on order within his system ... again took too long. Overall wait time was close to 50 minutes. Similary, returning the vehicle wasn't smooth... same computer & software issue. Waited for more than 15 minutes. However the Agent was polite and friendly.
