Vincent PThe owner is a crook. He would rather rip off a customer for a measly 10 miles than do the right thing. Avoid this place like the plague. Inside, it looks like they are going out of business anyway, and based on the quality of the customer service at this place, it would be a good thing if these guys did go out of business. Place is dark and dingy inside, just like the character, of the owner.

rezki iThis move was for California to Arizona. I have moved many times and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I reserved a 15' foot truck two weeks in advance. The day before my reservation, Uhaul called me and said they did not have any 15 foot trucks available, only 20 foot and 10 foot trucks. I was not comfortable driving a 20 foot truck and could not afford movers. TWO Uhaul reps said that the 10 foot truck would be sufficient. So I got the 10 foot truck and we found out the hard way that my belongings would NOT fit into the truck. I called Uhaul in a panic and they never answered my call nor called me back. I did get a text from another Uhaul location asking if I would take a U-Box trailer to Arizona as Arizona was short on trailers. They said they would give it to me for me as I was doing them a favor. I drove 30 minutes to the location only to discover that I was not a trailer, but just the frame for a trailer. There was no box, no floor and no walls, so it was absolutely useless for me. I declined to take the trailer because it would've wasted gas and caused me stress to drive it attached to the truck. And while I was there for the trailer, the truck died, so I had to wait an hour for them to jumpstart the truck. It was a complete waste of time, gas and energy.

Ruben MPickup was okay, drop off was horrible. Attendant didn't have the courtesy of looking at me when I returned the truck, busy on his phone the entire time, even when I handed the key to him. No professional at all.

Kimberlee WWe have been renting cargo vans for years for a local flea market where we are vendors. We have been more than satisfied with the service in RSM over the years. The only issue we had this past weekend was that the windshield was VERY dirty with smashed bugs (as was the front of the van). It would not clean with the wipers and wiper fluid and it obstructed vision a bit, especially in the dark early morning hours.
Monica RBill is an excellent human being. He restored my faith in humanity. And I do not say that lightly. I'm glad I chose this Uhaul center over the others in this area.

Robert ANot having a person on site was problematic due to issues with the UHaul app freezing up. The truck itself was fine, clean and maneuverable. However, after experiencing issues with the app both picking up and checking in, I don't think I would go to an unmanned site again.

Mark FThey should change their hours on the UHaul website that states: Saturday: 10 am - 12:30 pm / 1 pm - 5 pm I got there a little after 3 and was told that I was lucky, since they close at 3. That said, the attendant was very nice and accommodating, and quick to process the rental, which I appreciated. Pickup truck was clean and newer.

Arren PI did self check in on my phone. The lock on the key safe was very hard to open after entering the combination. It should be cleaned and oiled on a regular basis.

Abigail SHenry, the proprietor of this facility was very helpful and personable during telephonic conversations and the assured the details of the arranged rental would be met when rental party arrived for pick-up and same customer service was provided upon return of the rental property. Would recommend this facility to others in the O.C., area.

MichaelTanner GWarning light came on- truck had very low oil. Truck was rented out with very listtle oil and fuel tank was at 13/16. Luckily low oil light came on at a location I could purchase engine oil. Drop off location I agreed to return truck to was not correct. I agreed to return truck to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho but when I took truck there I was told truck had to be returned to Sunset Hwy, Spokane, WA. This location was 40 miles away.

Brian LYou made me drive 30min away from my original requested pick up site. When I arrived for my 10am appointment I was told that this new location doesn't even have the truck I reserved. So why was I sent there? They settled on giving me a local truck which meant I had to bring it back after my move. This was extremely inconvenient and made for a very long, expensive day.
Evan MNot a big deal , but the truck was dirty . We only needed it for 1 1/2 hour to pick up a table in Irvine . Location is great , close to our house so that worked out .

Michael RTruck had mud and dirt all over the inside. Windshield was dirty and the sun visor was broke. Seats were also dirt. It's a lot of money to pay for a truck in that shape.

Thomas HWhile we were initially disappointed that the vehicle type was at the locatio near our home and that we had to travel 21 miles away to pick up what increased to a 20 foot truck, we were actually more pleased with not only the size of the vehicle, I can't say enough about how quickly the gentleman got us set up and going. He was very personable and professional and clear. I'd rent from this location again if I still lived in the same area.
Allen HI believe Henry took care of me. He is great with people and remembered me. I rent here a couple of times a year. I was very fond of David who I heard had passed. Henry has filled the spot nicely !

I also noticed that the customer now has to record the mileage and fuel gauge, taking pictures and entering the information, something U-Haul employees used to do.

Joshua NI dropped off Sunday at 1:00 PM, my contract required drop-off by 5:00 PM. They charged me additional $20 for late drop-off, ie NOT my fault they close at noon! Called them to discuss, left message, but NO call-back. Awful customer service!!

Kimberlee WCalled location during business hours 5x in two days to arrange pick up and drop off. Got their answering machine 3x, left a message 1x but didn't get phone call back. Got live person 2 of the 5 times. One time was helpful, other time was on hold for 10+ minutes, so I just drove down to the location. Was still on hold when I arrived. Pricing is fair, owner was nice, staff are cordial if you can get them on the phone. I would prefer to drive further to get better service. Not efficiently ran my opinion.

Dennis DPick up was easy. Process was easy. I think the only feedback is to have employees who are actually kind and act professional… drop off was awkward. The guy at the computer was fine, but the guy behind him, slouched, very disheveled, staring at me, blank face, and didn't respond when I asked him a question. As if I interrupted something and he was mad, as he waited for me to leave. Very strange

Robert SI went to drop off the truck no one was there door locked this was at 2:00pm. I went and picked up my car came back door still locked no one there this was around 3:20pm so I used the app to return the truck the when I received my bill I was charged $20 for after hour drop off. I have requested a refund of my $20.00.
