HAROLD WThe truck was filthy inside the cab including dirt, dust, and the residue of spilled drinks. I used the app when returning the truck and was asked if the truck was clean enough for the next customer. I said yes so that I would not be charged even though the truck is by no means ready to go out. I assume I will have to fight for those dollars even though we returned in the same manner in which got. We did not get our 6 blankets that we ordered. The front end often made disturbing noises when turning sharp. The front end alignment was so bad that I had to keep the wheel at 11 o'clock to be able to drive straight.

Rose WMy uhaul reservation was canceled without reason or notification. Had to keep trying to rereserve 5 times before it was accepted again. The uhaul smelled of cigarettes and had ashes and cigarette wrappers. The back of the uhaul was dirty and had trash. The ease of picking up and dropping off online was nice and quick.

ian rI preordered stuff I needed for my move and NOTHING was in the truck. No blankets or hand trucks or anything that I had ordered in advance. And since this location is closed on Sundays, I had to go to Home Depot and purchase what I needed. Very frustrating. Took an extra hour and a half just to get started with my move.

Patrena RTruck interior was extremely dirty when I got it and when I said it wasn’t clean enough for someone else it tried to charge me for cleaning so I had to go back and say it was clean for next person because I shouldn’t be responsible for the cleaning charge if it was filthy when I got it and it only lets you take one picture when picking up the truck to show how dirty it was at pick up

The self return option is super user friendly and quick. I would definitely visit this location again if needed.
Maresha SThe drop off site closes far too early. No one using a truck will be able to drive and then return a truck by 5 pm. Make locations that rent out trucks stay open until 7 or 8 like full u-haul locations.
Eric Ri ordered a dolly and it was not supplied. the back of the truck was filled with these blue crystal rocks and the front had leaves and dirt all over the chairs. i was supposed to check in at 9 and the reservation didn’t go through until past 10
