Gps doesn't take you to the exact location the truck is parked, the truck was filthy cigarettes ashes and dirt all in the cab , the back of the truck was also not cleaned, I was charged for a cleaning fee at first until they realized I sent in pictures , I ended up paying $100 dollars for this rental I shouldn't have to pay anything, because I lost $160 dollars from wasting time at issues I had at another pick up location, I had to pay my guys $60 for the hr wasted and gave my client $100 discount for wasting her time, I've been renting with uhaul for years all over the country,countless amounts of time this was the worst experience I had , customer service was terrible for the most part and completely unacceptable.

Service was Great. Greeted and welcomed! Paperwork was smooth and All questions were answered! No pressure at all to Rent a storage , was given an opportunity to check out b4 moving forward. We were greeted with a smile 

I went here because it was closer to my house. The process was fast but once I got the key OMG. This truck had a bad smell, a lot of dust on the dash, the seats felt sticky. I usually have a good experience renting a uhaul but I would recommend at least doing cleaning of the inside once a week. The first impression is very important for a business.

I rented a unit in this facility South 4 street I wouldn't recommend this facility to nobody honestly might as well sale your stuff or go somewhere else, I had to throw away my mattress set, there was a leakage comin in from the roof wet my entire mattress causing brown ugly stains also there was rat poop all over my stuff even my boxes were taped and rats got in it, the lady at the front desk was rude very unprofessional, There were dirt bikes riding all around the gated facility just went in there and they weren't supposed to be there and the lady didn't even call the cops. Don't come here or your stuff will rot or get mice very bad experience for me

The Office staff was changing all the time and very unprofessional. They always were verbal or ready to fight someone not realizing we pay their salary. The Corporate Office on the other hand was wonderful to deal with.

The building was hard to find. When I called to see where the building was, the woman working the counter said she had no idea where the key for the truck was and asked me if I was sure that I rented it because she didn't see my order. I finally found the store, went in and the woman was beyond rude and disrespectful. She said "You're the person from the phone" I responded by saying yes and she laughed and responded with, "I figured" as if I wasn't going to come in and try to use the vehicle that I rented. She walks outside without saying a word, checks the key drop box and found the key. I was as respectful as possible when completing the rest of the form even though she was extremely rude. Then once I returned home and began to load the truck I waited on the phone trying to reach customer service and after 55 minutes of no response I hung up the phone. I am very dissatisfied with this location and how I was treated

Overall I am more than satisfied with the performance of this stores' materials, employees and equipment. I had a hard task to accomplish and thankfully everything ran smooth thanks to you guys.

Sue @ Budget was very, very nice. I originally had my reservation at the Whitehall Store and since I was there to rent a storage unit and saw that they had a U-haul, I had asked if I could switch my reservation. Sue was very happy and helpful in doing this. She had call the Call Center or somewhere and S/W Rose who was very nasty and rude. What did she give to you? I didn't have my paperwork on me since I wasn't sure I was going to get one there. I could have pulled it up on my phone which was in the car. She could have looked it up by my name or phone number. It's people like that who so shouldn't be working in customer service and why people shop/go elsewhere. Sue gets a 10 in my book and Rose a 0. Hope this helps. You can feel free to call me.

I ordered a dolly which they didn't have when I picked up the truck. Also. The drivers seat was jammed in the full forward position. Waisted time having them moving it back. This isn't that hard. U-haul should have this mastered by now. You added to the tension of the days move.

The clerk was professional, but the location is in the back alley and hard to find. The equipment that I asked for was not available. Out of all places, the scheduler had me pick up the vehicle here. Poor decision on their part. I will be reluctant to have uhaul as a moving provider in the future.

Nothing as far as the location, cust service rep or equipment. The $1,39 on weekends is horrible, that I will tell you. $.89 during the week. REALLY!!!!!!

I had never driven a box truck before but the truck was so easy to drive. I usually drive a van and I was afraid to drive anything bigger. This was as easy as driving my van. Amazing!

Manager, S, was appropriately helpful. Capable. She apologized about the situation. Vehicle was dirty Smell of what S and I believe to be cat urine was extremely strong. Staff loading furniture noticed and wondered why I drove it. Only vehicle available. With windows open it still caused my eyes and throat to be irritated... Alcohol found in cab... Reported to S Reported to Uhaul for resolution

While I had reserved one dozen blanket/pads for moving, the location had none. Disappointing. Also, there was no reminder about checking the outside of the truck for liability purposes.

Nothing. Online reservation very easy. I arrived when I had said and the truck was ready and waiting. The woman who waited on me was very pleasant and everything went smooth. The return was also very easy.

There were issues establishing the correct location for pickup. Once there: office smelled like marijuana, staff was rude, staff didn't know computer system, staff expected me to haul dolly and furniture pads to truck, staff eventually took equipment to truck (grumbling & possibly swearing the whole way), staff shorted us on furniture pads (but didn't fix contract), truck had garbage in the back, cab of truck was covered in dust & reeked of smoke (even though truck was relatively new with approx 20k miles).

Beautiful service received I did my reservation got a confirmation call and picked up the truck and I was out in less than 15 min. I love it!! No hassle what so ever. Will go this place again if I ever need a rental. Thank you for a great customer service.

The fuel tank was claimed full at pickup. I drove 23 miles, then topped the tank with over 4 gallons, costing me $12. Either the cargo van only gets 6 miles/gallon (unlikely), or the tank was not really full at pickup (more likely). The gauge barely at 'F' is not really full. Of course, I received no credit for my fuel donation.

the back of the cargo van was dirty and I am greatfulle the mattreses i picked up were in their new plastic seal. but besides from that all was great and the van drove nicelly, the actual passanger and driver area where clean and just a nice looking and nice ride that with the excellent customer service makes all worth it.

Lisa at the desk was very pleasant and friendly, did not have to wait long. The truck was new and clean. Would definitely recommend. Price was also great, I had to pick up sofa and loveseat and mattress and a 9' van was perfect.

Charged me for 42 miles. Didn't take down the mileage before we left. Doubled our cost. No way we drove 42 miles. Cheated us out of money. Very unhappy.

Atleast on a snowy day, there should be some equipment should be kept inside the van to clean up the snow, i had reallly bad experience to clean the vehicle with out the snow scrapper and De-Icer.

The location was really far from where I was renting a storage unit from East Penn and I was forced to pay mileage that I feel I should not have. I will think twice about renting and storing with East Penn again. And this is my third time renting with them and I have always been satisfied in the past. I also reserved 10 moving blankets and they were not available and I now have damaged furniture. The tire pressure light was also on the entire time I had the moving van. All in all not a pleasurable experience, this time.

This is a poor location that needs to have improved lighting at night so it can be safely and easily accessible. Also, the personnel who computed the final invoice should be more professional and understanding in determining the final charges. Permission was obtained to drop off a one day van rental at this location and no one was in the office at 5 pm on a Saturday (same day rental) to accept the vehicle so the key and contract was dropped into the drop off box as directed by the posted instructions on the door. A final email invoice was received on the following Tuesday listing charges for 3 days rental at a much higher rate. Customers need to be treated fairly if U-Haul wants them to come back.
