A kindly reminder up front letting people know when to return the vehicle. We were 2 hrs late only because nothing was said about what time to return the truck just to retun it on Monday and we were charged another day. We were so busy with moving, a kindly reminder at the time of pick up would have been nice. I didn't like the fact that we were charged another day when we were only 2hrs late. Moving is costly enough with out the added charge. Not a happy customer.

Adrian SMaybe have a spare tire available on the rental trailer to give the option to the customer allowing them to change the tire themselves. With no spare available your force to wait for roadside assistance, which can be 2 to 4 hours. In my case it was 2 hours before I was back on the road.

Timothy KHello, make sure vehicles are properly inspected. I picked up a uhaul with a squealing belt in the engine. Had to return it once uhaul opened at a completely different location and it took almost 2 hours of my time.

ALEXANDER LDori was very rude. She did not want to assist with the return of the truck after we told her we were having a hard time with the check in with the app. She told us she could not help us because she was doing inventory but she was not doing anything. After she finally got up to help us she had a very nasty attitude. I was walking behind her to get a printed receipt and she let the door slam in my face and the door hit me. I almost went off on her but she showed her true colors. I kept quite and said I would do the review when it was sent to me. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT NOR REFER ANYONE TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF DORI. I dont want anyone to be treated they way we were treated today.

JAMES PI had a terrible experience with UHaul over the last 2 weekends. I reserved a 26' truck for 21st and 28th from the Fullerton and Placentia locations and both days when I arrived the locations did not have a truck available for me. Both days I was told to go to another location because they had a truck and when I arrived at the second location was told that they did not have a truck for me. Finally, I found a truck at a third location. It is absolutely ridiculous to send a customer to 3 places to find a truck. UHaul should track and move their inventory better to accommodate requests. I reserve the trucks far enough in advance that you all should be prepared. The man who "helped" me at the Placentia location on the 28th was a bit rude and made it seem that it was my problem that I reserved a truck at the "end of the month". He told me there was a 20' truck in Whittier, but when I called Whittier they said they had no stock and were not expecting anything until the following day. So I called UHaul and they said the closest location with a truck was either Torrance or Buena Park. I opted for Buena Park and the man there was helpful. What more do I have to do to get a truck at the right location when I have already reserved it in advance and you give me a 100 % guarantee it is going to be there? Isn't that a lie? To make me run around all over town to find a truck is the worst customer service possible. SO, I guess you could say you have a LOT of improving to do! My experience so far has been awful and I have 3 more dates I need a truck for (that I have already reserved) and I hope that I actually get a truck on the first try this weekend. If not, I will be sharing my experience with every social media outlet I can find.
