Andy HOur rental was not ready at the time we reserved. The owner forgot to leave the key in the lockbox so we had to wait until the business opened to gain access to the truck which left our friends and family waiting for us at the storage units for over an hour.
Morgan SI have a small business in Newbury Ohio. I use UHaul trucks A Lot! I rent from this location Burton Floral. I always have Great service and the vehicles are always clean. Thank You And Yes I would recommend this location and have 3x"s.

Olivia WThe people are really nice and helpful however the truck had an engine light on the entire time we used it. Also, the gear shifter wasn't right. Truck was clean and usable otherwise.
Charlotte HDropped off after hours and app would not bring up my info. I took pictures, locked vehicle, and dropped key in uhaul drop box. The next day, they still hadn't processed the return and I had to call uhaul to get it processed
Tim OI drove 6 miles home. I parked there for 8 hrs. Then I drove a quarter of a mile to where I moved to. Then drove the vehicle back. Somehow I drove 21 miles and was charged for it. Which is not okay. I drove less that 14 miles. But was charged for 21.
nicole bCheck engine light was on. I Was told that's nothing to worry about that u-haul knew about it. The trucks stealing was sloppy as in well worn

Hallie BStaff was rude and un willing to provide me with a receipt of the drop off. Asked to speak with a manger and manger was just as rude as staffing and in willing to provide a receipt for drop off. This location needs to be reviewed for further business with uhaul.

Bob CI think from this location was a good experience. The checkout process was relatively easy, and the return was very easy, with just having to leave the trailer in their lot. The only thing I would suggest would be to have some kind of walking mechanism that locks the hitch so that no one would be able to steal it after it has dropped off. I did inquire about that when they said when I'm done just leave it in the parking lot, as I was nervous that somebody might just hitch it up and steal it with not having any paperwork to return it since it was after hours I have a horse trailer myself and I have a hitch lock so that nobody can ever steal my trailer, or at least, steal it, without having to cut off a thick, heavy hitch lock.

dennid g1. The phone app didn't work. 2. The tire needs service overrides the mileage. 3. The battery dial kept fluctuating between 14 and 9. 4. The station management said they called. My cellphone didn't show any missed calls. 5. The two good things was the van was clean and manager was polite when picked it up.
