NICHOLASEVAN PThe location is easy to find. The business is attached to a gas station (very convenient). The fleet is small but I needed only a small truck (you may have to specify if you need a bigger one). The manager knows his business very well and accompanied the process from using the App, into verifying the vehicle and guiding me with the main infos (checking the mileage, the gas gage etc…). He had answered my phone call promptly a week prior and was patient and polite. He was extremely kind and helpful on my pick up day and even lended me for free a blanket because we needed one. The truck was super clean and worked extremely well (my previous experience a year ago with a bigger truck was very hard with the ignition not working well and the staff quite rude). This is my BEST experience ever with U-Haul.
FLORIANE PThe van was perfect and easy to drive. Unfortunately the digital experience was a disaster and ruined our overall impression. The app lagged and wouldn't associate my order with my account. I had to use the live chat to get assistance which took 12 min. It also refused to locate me. In the end, we had to ask the manager of the gas station for help. We were honestly ready to just give up on the van. The whole process took almost an hour! The moving help was great though: on time, organized and impressively efficient. Please, make your app more user friendly!!
