I went to pick up my truck. I have never used the app before I did not have the best experience using the app. I did not receive the dolly that I had requested and paid for or the moving blankets. I had to go to Home Depot and spend hundreds of dollars to buy these things so that I could continue on my way. The whole point of using the service is to not have to spend hundreds of dollars on those things. Anyhow, as I did not receive those items. I put a note on the account with a customer service rep over the phone. When I went to return the truck the next day. The representative said he was going to refuse the truck because it didn't have the dolly or blankets. I told him that I never received it. He then said it wasn't his problem. And he made comments about how he did not want to receive my truck because he didn't have the space. It ended with the area manager, speaking with the representative on site and telling him to give me a refund for the items that I did not receive. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I will be leaving additional Google reviews on how I was treated for this trip.

This location saved my day, because I had a reservation for a different location on that day, but it got bumped to a different one, which also bumped me to this one. Fortunately I managed to make my move in time, but it was nearly a complete disaster.

Goes out of their way to deliberately be unhelpful to uhaul customers. (Just my own recollection of seeing other people's interactions at this location) personally I wouldn't rent from here. Infact my reservation was at a different facility in town but due to a equipment shortage they sent us here. I would have much rather gone out of town then rent here. Anyways after dropping off the unit about an hour later I get a call from uhal corporate asking when I would be returning the truck! I was busy taking care of other move related things but I found out I was charged an extra day and a refulling fee?! Did someone take the truck after I dropped it off?! I had just completed a move and I dropped off the truck

Process was easy and cost was as described on web site. We were a little early with pick up (10 min) with no extra cost. Which was appreciated since we needed time to set the mirrors and get familiar with the truck before we left. Great experience overall! Will definitely recommend. Merci!

The truck was not clean, so it extended my move time. I paid more money to keep the truck longer because much time was used to clean it. As a shareholder, I'm fairly disappointed.

I'm pissed about the self service option. The app kept glitching I never got to actually approve gas and mileage or pics it just would go to the next screen. Also got charged multiple different times and also still got a bill stating I have an outstanding balance. I don't think I will ever be renting from you guys again.

The guy that received the truck was very rude and didn't want to break down the cost of the truck coming back not accommodating at all very rude in front of other customers because of the stress of moving U-Haul added to that stress this time around I will probably not use you all again

The register guy over charged me by 13 miles, I just didn't bother because I'm too tired to argue. Better close the place. He didn't even show me where the truck is, he just sent me outside and look for it.

I was over charged in the amount of $335 for keeping the truck for 6 days. When I was told bu your Rep. at the convenience store on Byron that nothing extra was going to be charge per day on $29,95 the daily fee to rent the truck in conclusion I ended up paying a total of $540. I was very scared and disappointed when I was told that the truck was gonna be reported stolen if I did not return it by 4:00 pm on Monday. It is a total rip-off maybe you should have train your reps the right way. To mot mis inform your customers with lies. I am still expecting a receipt and a refund since I only drove it for 20 miles if that.and I left the gas tank at the same level as when I rented it.

There was specifically a discussion about excess mileage charges and I was told that it would not cross 10-15 dollars and I was charged 60 $. I am inclined to prefer retailer delivery over uhaul based on my experience

The worker was impatient and short with me. He gave me attitude and made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. He got upset with me for putting the keys inside the drop box as the directions stated. I felt very uneasy with his reaction and walked out.

Very rude upon arrival. Snatched keys out of my hand and told me to leave. I was going to purchase water bottles from the business since the weather was very hot out and I felt very uncomfortable doing so. received no documentation about drop off. Over charged for fuel. Will not go through 3rd parties ever again unfortunately.

I used and drove 320 miles approximately. I have to fill up the gasoline more than 20 gallons for the trip. In my opinion, that is too much gas consumption for a 15 feet truck, don't have too much load to carry. I am not sure of how is this vehicle maintenance, steering is also shaky too.

I had reservation for a 10 ft truck for 9 am pickup time but I had to stand there for 70 minutes because the truck was not available. He was just waiting for the truck. I am asking you to refund $50 as promised from my $180 bill for about 3 hours of rental.

Was so very sad to rent from here. Very unprofessional and the gentleman who helped us just kept complaining about other customers. Did not have safety hooks on the trailer we rented to secure it I had to zip tie them myself. Very unprofessional and took to long to rent with him working the cash register also with people coming in trying to by lotto & alcohol So crazy

I've rented Uhauls before, but none of them were like this location. Everyone there was welcoming and eager to help, even though it was 4th of July and very busy. They walked me through all the details while being respectful of my time. Plus, they have a super nice grocery store:) I will return and definitely recommend this location!

No problem with this location. Major problem with Uhaul overall. I ordered a truck a week early and wanted to pick it up at this location. I get a call the day before I needed it and was told my truck was over an hour away. That was not going to work. I canceled and began searching for another one. Was able to secure another truck and was guaranteed it would be there at 9am. We showed up to get truck and was told it would not be available until noon. We had movers anxiously waiting and ended up having to pay them to do nothing! That was $200 down the drain. We continued calling and located a moving van at enterprise, that's another $200. Finally at noon the truck was ready and we went to pick it up, another $200. When we returned truck, our milage was over so there went another $100. So I will not be using Uhaul or recommending them to anyone! I do feel something should be compensated back to us for all this trouble.
