I had to find a last minute storage unit as the one I had arranged online was unsuitable. The manager of the unit stayed open late so I could drive there and secure a unit. She is wonderful!

The on-site people were amazing anytime I needed help with anything they were there, very helpful very polite if I ever move back to Arizona I'll definitely store my things with them, I highly recommend cactus storage

Staff has been very friendly and helpful from the start of renting unit to the process of moving out. I have had the unit for a few years and had never encounter any problems. I would recommend the facility.

Everyone there at the office showed such high quality customer service and Greg was always so helpful when it came to assisting with any issues. I would highly recommend Cactus Storage to anyone who needs this service.

Staff always friendly & helpful. Had the unit for almost 5 years. Facilities are well maintained. The one thing that surprised me was that after such a long time renting, when the unit was emptied you would expect some kind of insect activity, at least spider webs etc. Didn't see a single sign of any. Indicates the facilities are taken care of. Thanks Greg & Kami!

Professional, cordial ...intelligent responses. Excellent service. 2nd time going to Cactus. This team was so responsive and resourceful. Learned a lot more from them than any other facility. Highly recommended 

No I actually would not recommend this facility to anyone one the staff is on drugs your promised 24 hour access and then they take it away you're paying for climate control when in fact there's only been 1 single day of actual climate control in your building when the swamp cooler worked upon move out due to the fact that my partner had made a comment I wouldn't rent here they take everything way after they'd promised it to you They pretty much pushed us out look she the lady in the o ffice sent her personal friends to our unit had them rush us off property to the point he even tied our stuff to our car however said stuff flew off roof into traffic with my grandson in the car...she gives peopkes deal behind her boss's and doesn't charge what she suppose to ibwouldnt be suprised if sges keeping half the cash

I've used the space for a month, on the day of the move I was promised that air conditioner would be fixed in the unit's area. 4 weeks later it wasn't, there was also a leak from the roof directly into the unit, which caused some minor damage to my belongings. I was offered a bucket to catch the dripping water. Every few days I had to go in and empty the bucket . Very disappointed. Would not recommend this facility.

Cactus Self Storage is an excellent choice for storage needs. It is clean/well maintained and the staff is friendly and responsive. Their communication with the customers is very good. Billing is clear and accurate. I would definitely return if I need a storage space again in the future.

The Managers Phil and Carrie, Rikki too were the best managers that Cactus ever had. The shoes will be hard to fill. I was very sorry to hear about Phil. What a great loss.

Staff was very courteous and professional. The facilities including the office/lobby area and the storage unit buildings, were clean, odor-free and well-maintained.
