There was a cart in the hall which was very convenient for transferring items from the car. We were finally able to empty our rented unit and on returning after many months everything was found the way we left it. No signs of insects, rodents or water damage. We were extremely pleased with our storage unit experience with Centerville Storage on Clyo Road

We were delayed in retrieving our items before the first due to a death in the family. Even when shared, there was no "I'm sorry to hear that," let alone an offer of refunding, at least, the balance of the month.

Sheri B | RéservationCenterville Self Storage was absolutely perfect for my needs. The facility was always clean, easily accessible and safe. The temperature-controlled setting was especially important due to the types of artwork I stored there. I had my unit setup for auto-pay and when I changed my credit card, obviously my auto-pay was declined. Because of my history of on-time payment, I was especially impressed when one of the employees there called me directly to ensure I was aware. I appreciated this extra step. Talk about going above and beyond, as I feel most storage facilities would have just sent an email and then vacated my belongings had I not responded (which due to my job, I often don't get a chance to check personal emails). Anyway, I 100 % recommend this facility!
Asia H | Expérience généraleThis facility is 1 of 2 locations managed by the same group. The Centerville location was fantastic. 24hr access made it easy to get access to my things whenever I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, although I never interacted with any of them directly. This location was generally managed remotely via security cameras and phone calls. But that being said the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful and did not have any problems at all.
