LaRhonda HJazmyne is always pleasant and the experience is always smooth . We rent weeky and prefer this location .
Daphnee GI needed to drop off the vehicle at a different location and was told i had to return to the origional location and had to pay the extra miles. There were no warnings i was renting a local only truck. The truck was also old with no backup camera. There was also equipment in the way (hand truck and blankets) i did not want to be there. I couldnt move them because they were sealed to the wall
Kris MMy vehicle broke down less than 5 miles from the Pick Up location & I was unable to transport my belongings. I am seeking a full refund.

Phillip RFor the most part the vehicle was well maintained, but not entirely clean. One thing I had a hard time was opening the lock to access the key.
Nancy MDrop point Refused to take the truck had to ride around to three different places until we can drop truck off. Burn all the gas we put in driving around just to drop off truck.
Hisa LI rented trucks from this location twice for a very stressful and hectic move. Both times I was greeted nicely, they had the equipment I needed, and charged me a good price. Both times, I needed the truck longer and gave last min notice and I was accommodated with no hassle. I have moved further south, however, if I needed a truck again, I would make the drive up to them. They were honestly one of the few things that were stress free with my move. They were the best location I have ever dealt with. Thank you sincerely for helping me make a stressful situation a little easier.

HALLIE DNot a full-service u-haul facility, but it had what I needed. Trailer was excellent shape and easy to tow. Angell was very polite and clearly explained the rental and return process. I would rent again from CES Towing.

Jose AThe original rental that I was supposed to have was blocked in. I was swapped to the one blocking my rental. The cab was filthy but I took it due to time constraints. I don't want it to appear that I dropped off a filthy vehicle. I swept out the cargo area prior to returning it. Other than that, the agent was polite and respectful and the transaction was seamless.
