Great explanation of what to expect. Excellent operating hours, friendly setvice!
JOSEPH PUnfortunately, I am unable to recommend this location to friends due to the poor customer service that we received. Upon arrival, we weren't acknowledged or greeted by staff. We stood around and waited for the individual to finish a conversation with what was thought to be a customer. Eventually, it became very apparent after 10 minutes, that this was not a customer, but potentially a friend of the counter salesman. When speaking to the staff member, he acted as if our presence was a bother, and was incredibly unfriendly. Ultimately, I would never rent from this particular location again.
Cameron SWe are so grateful to the wonderful staff at this location in Wasilla, AK. The truck was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and professional! Would not hesitate to go back should we need to rent a U-Haul again
Dorothy AFirst trailer had a broken door. Had to wait 2 hours for another trailer to become available. This was after driving 7 hour because the Airport way store in Fairbanks, AK gave away my reservation.
