It would've been helpful if the truck had been backed in to the parking space. It was late at night and dark backing up the 26 foot truck was a challenge in a tight space

Daniel MIt wasn't the location that was bad cambells was great it was UHAUL that did awful!!!!!!! They charged me too much with being a shit Tom of probs from The start. I was scheduled to get a 27 foot truck….. end up going to the location and the guy told me he didn't take cards or cash!!!??? I then called UHAUL on hold for 2 hours finally got through and then it was a messs trying to find another U haul….. finally they found a 15ft one in new Bethlehem which is not what I wanted but we had to take it because we had to be moved out then…. I then rent it…. Had all the problems I'm the world renting it then on hold another hour and a half…. Then I get into the truck and their is cigarette butts in the cup holder!!! On top of that I had to renew it for a day extra…. When I did that I got a phone call from a lady from UHAUL and she literally was teeming me out because she said there was another customer that needed the UHAUL!!!!!!! Okay??? So have them Drive somewhere else like I did!!!!!!! I flipped and she finally then said whatever I'll just tell the other customer we ain't got one today……. Ok??? So why did you call? I already paid!!!! Then on top of that I couldn't get your website to work to checkout. I've always used you guys and I will never use you guys again! $29,99 a day for a 15ft truck is false advertising also. Prob should change that.

Alan hIt was disruptive that the truck was not available at our booked and confirmed location and that we were notified so close to our departure. The alternative location team was excellent and was very helpful in ensuring a positive experience.
Sheldon PImprove the inventory system for moving blankets. They were not available with my truck and I was sent to another location by customer service and that location had zero available.

KIMBERLY GWe had a issue with damage done to my Volvo while we where renting a truck . It was by no fault of the owner operator of Campbels Auto it's a insurance issue the damage was done 7/19 it is now 7/28 and still have not heard from Uhaul ins. provider and have not had the use of my Volvo .

Michael MNo issues whatsoever with the pick up point, however the online registration was cumbersome and slow! Required a phone call to another person to varify my identity! Really? You had my drivers license, phone #,... etc. way too much for the mileage rate, couldn't opt out of the insurance policy, required fuel to be replaced and a high mileage rate! BS. Advertised rate 19,95 per day, cost me 80 instead! Will rethink your company next time!! Unsatisfactory!!

RANDY Rthese people were the greatest. Explained exactly to the gallon on how much as to replace and everything. They even made sure the doly that was left in the unit when we picked it up was noted and such so we would not have any problems. The pick up site were unaware of it being in the back of the unit rolling around. Campbells excellent on their work!

Alice LI dont believe it was this places fault since UHal did not notify the day before of our appointment to pick up at this location. The Truck was dirty - I couldnt see out of window (had to clean it to see out) 4 ways didnt work when you hit the brake. Interior light did not come on. Back of truck light did not come on both times.
