Service was great. I had talked to Mr. Duley yesterday. I wasn't exactly sure which day I would need the enclosed trailer. It had been raining. When my son and I got to the office, he was coming out, like he was going somewhere. He stopped and I apologized for not calling ahead to reserve the trailer. He went back into the office and got me all set up with the paperwork. I would recommend this company for any of their moving needs.

Michael WThere were several trucks identical to the model that I rented in the lot. However, he gave me the one that appeared to be in the worst condition of all. It was dirty, had damage all over, and had some mechanical issue with the steering. Worst of all, there was damage to roof above the cab. You could see some attempt was made to cover it up, but there were cracks that allowed rain water to run in and damage some of my belongings. Good thing I didn't have to drive too far!

Michael WI really can't comment since it was a nighttime, after hours drop off so there was no one there to assist or check in the trailer. The property was roomy, which made it easy to maneuver and unhitch the trailer. There were a number of trailers there; looks like a nice facility, good selection, and good location.

chris cWorst experience with uhaul I've ever had. The clerk/owner was completely unprofessional both at pickup and drop off. When I dropped the uhaul off, I backed it into an empty parking space between 2 other uhaul trucks and walked inside to checkout. Once inside, the owner/clerk immediately started yelling at me and asking me if that's the parking spot where I picked up the truck? I was completely shocked by the reaction, as the truck was parked very close to where I picked it up but couldn't remember exactly where in the parking lot. I'll never recommend or go back to that uhaul location again.

Rachel CTruck cab was leaking and pouring water all over my passenger as we were going down the freeway. Told the clerk about it upon return, showed him the leak and the water all over the floor of the cab, as well as my passengers soaked shirt and pants. He didn't care at all, just said huh… and proceeded to jot down the mileage and took me to the office. No apology, no offered solution whatsoever, just a "here's your receipt, take care". Worst experience with a moving truck, next time I will go with Penske and pay a tad bit more for a new truck that is well maintained. The uhaul had north of 60k miles on it fyi.

Sheryl WI swore the last time I used uhaul, I wouldn't ever again. I had to on the spurbif the moment and found out why. The last time I used your company, you lied about the odometer reading and overcharged me by $300. This time the guy in cirydon told my wife that the fee for going over on miles would be 40 cents per mile. Guess we should have read the contract instead of trusting your people. If they're is a next time, I will carry my items before I rent from you. Very disappointing.

Daniel GC&D did a good job. The problem was I had scheduled to pick up a trailer at Watco in New Albany, IN but when I got there they said it had to go to C&D. I did not receive any notification of the change in pickup location. 20 minute drive there and 20 minutes back. Frustrating.

KURT MThis location rarely has what you need. you end up having to go up in size for the equipment resulting in, you guessed it, higher charges. That couple with the hidden charges really makes it hard for me to do business with U-Haul again. I rented an open trailer to move a few items for our son. I paid the insurance coverage on the trailer in case anything happened and when I pick it up the staff told me I would pay only the rental price and the insurance. Turned the equipment, got my receipt by email and found an additional "safe tow fee." Nothing was said about this at time of pickup or reservation for that matter. I mean, I bought the insurance to protect their property and they still want to charge me for making a safe tow. I did no damage to their equipment and maintained it well by towing it safely but they still charge a fee for me safely towing their shit! Makes no sense to me nor does it make sense to do business with them again. I recommend buying your own trailer. It doesn't eat anything and you can use it over and over free of hidden charges that make no sense. Have a lovely day.
