Have the staff park the rental truck. The parking area is very small & tight. It was intimidating to park such a big vehicle in reverse as the location employee requested.

Conveniently located and picking up / returning my truck was straight forward. If you're in Gold Canyon and need a 15-foot moving truck, I highly recommend this business.
Brian BOn my 45 minute return trip the AC did not work. This caused me to have to drive in 112 degree weather with windows open. I then felt ill for the remainder of the day. Ive never had a problem with uhaul but Ill be using movers going forward after this experience. Please maintenance your trucks more often!

James DYour automated system is broken! It took us 45 mins to get the keys!
Paul KI paid for an extra day ($40) and it I dicated that I should return it to the location by 5:00 pm. When I did return it (at 4:10 pm) they charged be an extra $40 because it wasn't returned by 10;00 am whe. I had picked it up to start my move (even though the contract stated to return no later than 5:00 pm.

RICHARD Fpicking up the reservation took forever, the clerk was on the phone longer than he spent with us picking up truck. the truck was absolutely trashed and dirty inside and out, it left my driveway full of mud that I had to sweep off. we drove the truck 7 miles and I was charged $12 fuel charge besides the mileage charge. needless to say, I will never use UHaul again!! EVER!

Dale LWe went to pick up truck at scheduled time 10am. This office made a timing error, schedule conflict. Couldn't pick up truck till 1pm This was inconvenient. I had expected to see some kind of discount because of said inconvenience. Won't use them again, nor recommend them either. Not cool
