No where on the website was it stated you must call the day before arrival. No one was on site, the gate was locked, and we were told we could not be accommodated until the next day. I booked this through UHaul but the call center number was not answered by a UHaul employee. I was not aware UHaul contracted out to individually owned storage companies but if that is what this is I would not recommend this one.
