maybe have a system to enter a code so U-haul would know when the equipment was brought in. i was call on 2 different occasion for the returned of the trailer. or have the equipment tracked electronically so you would be able to know where it is at

Owner was not present during business hours very unprofessional location. Messaged through the app still no response. Was transferred to five different people when I called customer service. Some associates didn't even let me know they were transferring me. The fifth associate actually helped and I appreciate her.

Mileage and gas was recorded incorrectly, Rental van was returned 3 days before the location employee closed out the contract charging for extra days. Cargo van was infested with roaches and was in my food when I delivered order to customer causing me to forfeit monetary compensation. Horrible experience.

You can not have the customer wait, provide the contracted truck or correct paperwork for the change of equipment as promised

There was none of the extra equipment I paid for. No one was there to get me the keys. Some random homeless looking guy that smelled like urine said "the guy" was at the doctor.

The dropoff location is accessible from only one travel direction on the street and is also somewhat hidden behind another business. It isn't clear where the dropoff office is. We had to ask for assistance. But otherwise the dropoff was easy, the staff was helpful and friendly

Greg was extremely rude. After I waited over an hour for the gentleman to arrive back at the U-Haul location, he proceeded to walk past me multiple times, and not even acknowledge that I was standing in front of his establishment. And then had to stop him and ask are you the U-Haul guy. at that time I stated that I had a reservation and I've been waiting for an hour. He then proceeded to tell me without even asking for my name, reservation number or anything and I quote " does it look like I have any trucks here?" he asked this question in a very rude and condescending way. I said on the other side of the lot there is a pick up truck there as well as some other trucks. The gentleman did not even know the inventory he had on his lot. Apparently he had the truck sitting there and they were never checked it in. He proceeded to check in the truck so that I may take the truck. At this time I was on the phone with U-Haul because as I stated before, it's been over an hour at this point, and I literally was met with unprofessionalism. U-Haul then proceeded to ask me to put the gentleman on the phone. This gentleman went into the truck, close the door and rolled up the window, and proceeded to ignore that I was even standing there, trying to get his attention. I have used U-Haul before and I will continue to use them. I will not use this experience as a representation of the company itself rather just a very poor interaction with one individual. But if ever I am in Florida again I will avoid this U-Haul location like the plague .

Location hidden in the back but it was a good experience

The tire pressure symbol was on ! When I ask the employee he told me that it was like that for the past few months and it's ok to drive ! I had to pay to put air at the gas station I don't think that was safe or even ok for the employees to tell me it's a monthly maintenance issue

Space was so cramped we had to maneuver the truck so many times it was the tiniest so called dealership I guess but terrible and top of everything I could not find the drop box until after I circled the building twice the worst experience

Make sure someone is at the office within the established hours. This was a joke of a drop off

Small location behind a used car lot, so a somewhat obscure, and constricted.site, and tiny office, so I'd give it 2 stars. However, the manager was very competent, polite and helpful (5 stars). We all know, it's the people that make the difference! I'd use it again if it fit my rental needs, thus the 3 star rating.

Costumer services in this location is so poor, there is fifth time using this location and is worst and worst. This is real America problem right now. People are not concerned how to work anymore. 

Place wasn't hard to find. The service was kind and friendly. The truck had no issues and I returned it in just a few hours and everything was gucci on both ends. You need a truck...go to THIS location.

the location is hard to find and difficult to maneuver around. when we arrived there were no employees in the office which was shared with some other business. the other person at the office(not a uhaul employee) had to help us and call the manager of the uhaul in order to help us get our keys. he also had to help us get the truck out of where it was parked. there was no dolly, even though we were charged for it.

Vehicle needed air in front tire warning light was on. Office was crowded and untidy. Office was locked during business hours when I returned vehicle and needed to speak with attendant.

I'm over charged two…. I was charged $51 on may 26 and you guys went in my account and charged me $101 on may 30

Arrive at location 4:20 pm and no one was there at the little trailer office, person didn't arrive until 4:35 pm and was rude not a greet than to say well he has he life and other things taken care of, he then gave me a key that was not showing the truck on my reservation advised him and he said well that truck not here . The key he gave didn't match what he printed and he said I can still take the truck I advised him that I will not leave until he fix the key to the correct truck that he put on the contract because I will not be driving a truck that doesn't match truck number he printed. Worst experience EVER!!!!

I was sent to this location… it was an additional 30 min out of the way for me even though I booked a different location and the website said they had the truck available. When I got there they did not have the dolly I reserved BUT I was still charged for it. When I turned the truck in I was able to have the other location remove the dolly from my order. The truck was also damaged. Dents are not a big deal but the driver's side mirror was cracked

I spent 2 hours trying to rent a truck for a special event. Made my reservation 2 days prior and checked in online. I ended up without a truck because not only the pickup location was changed but the lock on the "black box" would not open for me to get the keys to the truck. Unbelievable, unprofessional and definitely unacceptable,

I am ANGRY at you. The truck had 5/16ths gas in its tank and was returned precisely with as much. I am damned furious that I get a truck in Florida that had NO air conditioning, and I get robbed for 3 gallons of gas by you people. I AM FURIOUS. Then I get treated to the fact that your app says I checked in the vehicle, that I did this INFRONT OF YOUR AGENT and I get a call the following week that it is not turned in yet. I WANT A CALL FROM MANAGEMENT 518-379-6773

Have to be honest . The gentleman that rented us the truck in Oakland park Fl could use some additional customer service training, poor transactions that could have been avoided. However, frank in Orlando was outstanding !

Dropped off a trailer they knew just what to do

When I picked up the truck it was much quicker than I thought. However, he never came out to check the truck out and give me more information on drop off and where I can put my car until I asked. The truck had like food inside that dried up.

The van was not cleaned prior to re-rental. The floor of the rear of the van was covered in sheetrock dust and drywall powder. There were used coffee cups in the cup holders. The dash was layered with grime. It was gross.

There was trash in both the cab and cargo areas of the truck. Rental was supposed to be 24 hours and was on the contract as 4. Once I realized this, I called and the agent assured me I had the truck for 24 hors but after checking it in I was charged a second rental fee. Fortunately, a manager at my usual location fixed it for me.

Was over charged be adding smart movers when I did not request it. Was charge for a furniture dolly that was broken. Pick up location put in the wrong return address.

An additional charge for $14 was added to my bill of which I did not authorize as I filled out reservation online and declined safe protection however on final bill it was added Manager at location stated his printer was not working and he would email me my contract otherwise I would have caught it at that time Oversight……not so sure about that

nobody to tell you what to do and they certainly didnt help you disconnect. found a place in the parking lot to back into . tried to do online checkout but wouldnt work. called the location the next morning and got no answer so we left a message. i would assume they know the trailer is there

I called 1st to be sure they could detach the trailer from the car. The guy said yes, when i got there he was outside waiting for me. He was very polite and helpful
